Described herein are pants containing a zipper extending through the waistband and the entire outseam of each pant leg. The pants have a flange of fabric disposed on the interior of each zipper to prevent direct contact between the zipper and the skin of a person wearing the pants. The pants also include a fabric tab attached at the waistband next to the zipper to cover an exterior portion of the zipper. The pants provide benefits to wearers who have limited mobility, sensitive skin, or a physical impediment, such as a cast, by easing the challenges of applying the pants to the legs.

A decorative add-on in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is structured and arranged to be attached to an article such as a shoe. The decorative add-on includes an aesthetic portion and an attachment portion. Typically, the aesthetic portion is prominently or noticeably 3D. The attachment portion is removably attached to the shoe. The attachment portion has a medial section, and two elongate insert sections at opposite sides of the medial section. The medial section is fixed to an inner side of the aesthetic portion. The insert sections are slidingly engaged in two matching elongate sheaths provided on the shoe. The attachment portion can be made of flexible resilient material. This facilitates convenient insertion of the insert sections into the sheaths, and secure retention of the insert sections in the sheaths. A non-gender specific article of clothing worn on the upper body of a human that is reversible, comprised in part of eco-friendly material, and has hidden compartments designed for the secure storage of medical devices or personal items. The article is comprised of two layers of partially recycled fabric that are affixed in a manner that allows either side of the garment to be worn facing outward or in direct contact with the body. The layers are affixed at specific attachment points and by seams that create portions in between the layers that may be accessed from any location across the top perimeter edges of the garment including the neckline and armholes. The portions are engineered to limit movement of items stowed as well as permit transfer of items from one portion to another without removing the items from the article of clothing.

A convertible garment may be converted between a top configuration for covering the torso of a person and bottom configuration for covering the lower half of the person, and vice-versa. The garment has in the top configuration a removable front panel having a right side having a first elongate fastener half extending along the right side and a left side having a second elongate fastener half extending along the left side. Preferably, the bottom configuration has a front portion, a back portion, a right side having a third elongate fastener and a left side having a fourth elongate fastener. The front and the back portions of the bottom configuration form the back of the top configuration when the third and fourth fasteners are at least partially undone. Methods of converting between the two configurations are also disclosed.

A convertible garment may be converted between a top configuration for covering the torso of a person and bottom configuration for covering the lower half of the person, and vice-versa. The garment has in the top configuration a removable front panel having a right side having a first elongate fastener half extending along the right side and a left side having a second elongate fastener half extending along the left side. Preferably, the bottom configuration has a front portion, a back portion, a right side having a third elongate fastener and a left side having a fourth elongate fastener. The front and the back portions of the bottom configuration form the back of the top configuration when the third and fourth fasteners are at least partially undone. Methods of converting between the two configurations are also disclosed.

A protective garment, such as a scarf, is provided having a first section and a second section that are detachable from one another. The first section, when detached, forms a fabric tube that may be worn over a user's nose and mouth as a gaiter or religious face and head covering for providing air filtration, while the second section continues to be worn as a garment. The first and second sections may then be reattached to again form a continuous garment. The first section may include an air filter pocket for insertion of a removable air filter to provide increased filtration. The second section may include accessory pockets.
