Embodiments provide an eyewear apparatus that include an additional structural component that resembles a character. Although, the location of the additional structural component on the frame can vary depending on implementation, in at least one example, the additional structural component is located on the top of the frame of the eyewear apparatus such that the additional structural component conceals the forehead of a user when the user is wearing the eyewear apparatus. In at least one embodiment, the additional structural component may be located at any point along the frame, however, in some embodiments, the additional structural component is located on the top or the sides of the frame, e.g., such that the additional structural component does not interfere with the user's ability to see out of the eyewear apparatus.

A head for a walk-around costume is provided that is adapted for enhanced visibility. The costume head includes an outer shell defining an interior space for receiving a head of a human performer. The outer shell includes an aperture allowing incoming light from an exterior space to enter the interior space, and an eye location for the human performer is spaced apart from the aperture when the head is received in the interior space. To provide an enlarged field of view, the costume head includes an optical viewfinder assembly disposed within the interior space of the outer shell between the aperture and the eye location. The optical viewfinder assembly is adapted for receiving the incoming light and transmitting the incoming light to the eye location to move a viewpoint of the human performer to the aperture to provide a larger field of view of the exterior space.

FACEMASK ADAPTED TO COUPLE WITH AN AIRWAY DEVICE GAS LINE OPENING
20230094020 · 2023-03-30 ·

The present invention relates to a single or double sided facemask for children to wear either as a stand-alone facemask or for use in conjunction with an anesthesia or airway mask. The double sided face mask has a front surface representing a face and a back surface representing a face. The mask has an aperture in about the nose or mouth area which is adapted to couple with an airway device gas line opening. The face mask is disposable and is easily stored and used. The face mask is designed to couple with a conventional airway or anesthesia mask. Use of the facemask during a medical procedure can place a child at ease and increases acceptance of airway or anesthesia masks.

A mask assembly includes a liner and one or more patches coupled to the liner. The liner includes a front sector that includes one or more rim portions and a lower portion. The rim portions define one or more eye openings, and the lower portion at least partially define a head opening. The liner is at least partially fabricated from a first fabric. The patches include one or more edge portions that are coupled to the rim portions such that the patches extend at least partially across the eye openings. The patches are fabricated from a second fabric different from the first fabric.

It is a support mask with a mounting strip to the head of the user. Inside the mask, the actuating mask is fixed with its vapor inlet tube connected, removable, with the injector tube of an external receptacle where a micro compact removable nebulizer is set up. The micro nebulizer has a micro ultrasonic cavitation microsystem capable of generating the vibrations necessary to vaporize the medicated liquid contained in a built-up tank. That ultrasonic mechanism is activated by a small electronic device with an activation button that is housed in a side enclosed area and is powered by batteries inside a similar battery enclosed area on the opposite side. The external surface of said support mask, presents, in strategic places, fixation means to enable an external party face mask of a laminar material molded similar to those characters admired by children.

Facial mask with custom-manufactured cushion element, and associated method

Disclosed is a method of forming at least a portion of a mask (4) that is structured to engage at least a portion of the face of a patient (52). The method can be generally stated as including employing at least a portion of a data set (74) that is stored on a machine-readable storage medium (72) and that is representative of the shape of at least a portion of the face in generating a configuration for an cushion element (24) of the mask. The cushion element is structured to extend from a support (20) of the mask and to have an engagement end (50) bopposite the support that corresponds with the shape of the at least portion of the face. The method can be generally stated as further including subjecting a workpiece (78) to a formation operation to cause at least a portion of the workpiece to be formed into the cushion element having the engagement end.
