Surgical Cap and Method
In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a surgical cap is provided that includes a cover having a head-receiving cavity and a resilient member connected to the cover and extending about less than the entire head-receiving cavity. The cover includes a plurality of layers comprising at least one layer inward from the resilient member adapted to separate the resilient member from a head received in the head-receiving cavity and at least two outer layers outward from the resilient member to which the resilient member is secured. In accordance with another aspect, a method of fabricating a surgical cap is provided.
MATERIAL PICKUP MECHANISM FOR AUTOMATIC HAT-MAKING PRODUCTION LINE EQUIPMENT
A material pickup mechanism for automatic hat-making production line equipment includes an installation seat, a servo motor, and a rotating seat. A control box is arranged on one side of the installation seat through bolts. The servo motor is arranged at a bottom end of the installation seat through a positioning plate and positioning screw nails. The rotating seat is arranged at an output shaft of the servo motor through bolts. Top and bottom ends of the rotating seat are both connected with an installation plate through a fixed shaft. Adjusting holes are formed at a top of the installation plate. A hollow screw penetrates the adjusting hole. A bottom of the hollow screw is connected with an air outlet end of a sucking disc. The material pickup mechanism can continuously pick up materials to improve production efficiency. It is convenient to adjust positions between sucking discs.

Headwear with Storage for Small Items and Method of Manufacturing the Same
Headwear in the nature of hats and caps may be made with openings through an outside surface, near a lower edge of the rim. These openings admit small items through the crown of the hat and allow the items to rest in a crease between the crown material and a headband inside the hat. This provides convenient storage in the hat without allowing the stored items to come into contact with the wearer's hair or head. The simple structure, where items are in direct contact with both the inner surface of the crown material and the outer surface of the headband, facilitate efficient manufacturing (methods of which are also described and claimed).

FRAME BODY FOR COSTUME, COSTUME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A frame for a lightweight costume with air permeability, the costume, and a method for manufacturing them. The frame body for the costume includes a main body made of synthetic resin and a plurality of through holes penetrating the main body. The method includes a mold installation step of installing a mold in a predetermined three-dimensional shape on an elevating table, a resin member mounting step of mounting a resin member on a pedestal, a cover mounting step of mounting a cover covering the surface of the resin member on the pedestal, a heating step of heating the resin member and the cover, a vacuum molding step of bringing the mold into contact with the back surface of the resin member and then depressurizing the inside of the chamber, and a mold release step of releasing the frame body and the cover from the mold.
