Applicator for cosmetic product, in particular mascara, associated applicator unit and method for manufacturing such an applicator
An applicator for cosmetic product includes a core extending along a longitudinal extension direction, also called a main direction, and one or more protrusions integral with the core. The protrusions extend from a proximal end connected to the core to a distal free end along a elongation direction, so as to define a length. At least some of the protrusions have at least one helicoidal winding on at least a portion of the length thereof, called helicoidal winding portion.
Applicator for applying a product to the eyelashes
The present invention relates to an applicator for applying a cosmetic product to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows, having an applicator member with a core made of thermoplastic material, spikes moulded with the core, of which at least some are multiple, the multiple spikes having at least two branches extending in divergent directions away from the core, these branches connecting to one and the same base or having bases contiguous or close to each other, and a support having two metal branches twisted around the core.
Method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool and the interdental cleaning tool
To provide a method for manufacturing an interdental cleaning tool that can prevent deformation of a core base at molding of a cleaning flexible part using an elastomer material, thereby effectively preventing occurrence of molding failure of the cleaning flexible part. The method in the present invention includes: a base part molding step of providing first metal molds 30 and 31 for molding base parts with a plurality of first molding spaces 32 aligned in parallel and including core base molding sections 32a and handle base molding sections 32b, providing the first metal molds 30 and 31 with connection part molding sections 35 to communicate with the adjacent handle base molding sections 32b, and supplying a synthetic resin material with a fiber material at a time to the plurality of first molding spaces 32 from gates 34 to form a plurality of base parts at a time; and a flexible part molding step of setting the core bases of the base parts into second metal molds, holding the core bases at two or more longitudinal portions by a plurality of pairs of hold pins in the second metal molds, each pair including two pins, and charging an elastomer material into the cleaning flexible part molding spaces.
Method for producing brushes, in particular interdental brushes, and brush, in particular interdental brush, and product group comprising a plurality of brushes
The invention relates to a brush, in particular an interdental brush, which comprises a bristle-carrying stem defining a longitudinal direction and having an elongate support core, a bristle area having bristles projecting from the bristle-carrying stem, and a neck element connecting the support core to a handle, wherein the handle, the support core and the neck element are injection moulded integrally from a first plastics component, and wherein a second plastics component in the form of an integral layer and the bristles projecting therefrom is mounted on the support core. The invention also relates to corresponding product groups and to a corresponding method.
INTERDENTAL CLEANING TOOL
In an interdental cleaning tool, a flexible cleaning portion including a core covering portion that covers a core base, and a plurality of recesses that are formed due to hold pins during insert molding. The recesses are formed along a longitudinal direction of the core base portion. A core base exposed portion of each recess has a shape elongated in an oblique direction that intersects both the longitudinal direction and a lateral direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and, at a position where a dimension of the core base exposed portion in the longitudinal direction is maximum, the maximum dimension is 0.25 mm or less.
APPLICATOR FOR APPLYING A COSMETIC, MAKEUP OR CARE, PRODUCT TO THE EYELASHES AND/OR EYEBROWS
An applicator for applying a cosmetic, makeup or care, product to human keratin fibres, in eyelashes and/or eyebrows, having a stem and, at the distal end, an applicator member having a core that extends along a longitudinal axis, wherein the stem has a rectilinear portion extending along a rectilinear longitudinal axis and curved portion extending along a curvilinear longitudinal axis, the distance between the longitudinal axis of the rectilinear portion of the stem and longitudinal axis of the stem curved portion, measured perpendicularly to the axis, increasing in the distal end direction of the stem, along at least a part of the length of the curved portion, and distance between the core longitudinal axis and longitudinal axis of the stem rectilinear portion, measured perpendicularly to the axis, decreasing by going away from the distal end of the stem, along at least a part of the length of the applicator member.
Tug-toy tooth brush
Embodiments are directed to a tug-toy tooth brush. In one example, the tug-toy tooth brush includes a structural frame that provides support for at least one sliding element. The structural frame includes channels that guide the sliding element while sliding within the structural frame. The sliding element is configured to slide from a first position to a second position within the structural frame. The sliding element includes bristles that extrude through the structural frame. The tug-toy tooth brush also includes at least one handle attached to a distal end of the sliding element, where the handle is configured for travel through the structural frame.

Plastic clip core assembly
A plastic clip core assembly is disclosed for use in a rotary brush in a carwash. The plastic clip core is comprised of a plastic clip core, a plurality of longitudinal washing elements (“LWE”) and an equal plurality of plastic clips. The plastic clip core assembly is mated to a rotational hub, creating a rotary brush. The plastic clip core has a plurality of semi-cylindrical void cavities, each with an adjoining cylindrical void cavity. Each plastic clip has two parallel members, a first member and a second member. Each LWE has an upper edge, lower edge, free edge, and a cylindrical mount. A first member of a plastic clip fits into the cylindrical mount of the LWE and the semi-cylindrical void cavity. The second member of the plastic clip fits into the cylindrical void cavity, thus securing the LWE to the plastic clip core. The plastic clip core mates with the rotational hub in a no-slip condition.
