Fluid-filled cleaning head
A cleaning head for a personal care appliance includes an elastic bladder having a bladder wall enclosing a fluid. The bladder wall has an inner base portion with a base thickness, which may be non-uniform, and a plurality of spaced projections extending outwardly from the inner base portion. The bladder is fixedly attached to a receiver portion of a bladder support, and a retainer is provided for attaching the bladder support to the personal care appliance such that the bladder support is drivably engaged by the personal care appliance. At least some of the plurality of spaced projections are configured to dynamically engage and disengage with neighboring ones of the plurality of spaced projections during use.
COSMETIC APPLICATOR
An applicator for applying a composition such as a cosmetic, a medicinal or a personal care composition. The applicator comprising an applicator head comprising at least two types of bristles distributed along a longitudinal axis of a core in a manner that density of at least one type of bristles decreases gradually from one end to another end of the core to provide a gradual change in color/tone from one end to another end of the core and/or to create multiple bristle zones for enabling multiple performance characteristics like separation/combing, volumising, curling and lengthening of eyelashes to be achieved with the cosmetic applicator.
Apparatus for smoothing teeth by rubbing away tiny tooth surface irregularities thereby enhancing their shine and gloss
An apparatus for removing scratches from tooth enamel configured like a toothbrush that has buffing material where the toothbrush has bristles. Configured in several different iterations so as to comprise a toothbrush shaped instrument that provides ways to attach buffing material. One iteration places the buffing material over the head. Another iteration includes a pad between the head and the buffing material in three buffing surfaces each one of flat, concave, and convex. The pad and buffing material configured severally to facilitate mating to the neck of the apparatus by known methods. The head further including an integrated head portion, pad, and buffing material in one of flat, concave, and convex shapes that attach to the neck and handle. The user places the buffing material against the teeth and moves the apparatus back and forth to buff the surfaces and smooth the enamel.
MODULAR WASHING DEVICE WITH TENSIONING MEMBER
The present invention is a washing device with a handle, tensioning member, and loofah. The tensioning member is rotatably attached to the handle by means of a pivot. A plurality of capture features extend from the tensioning member, around which a rope of the loofah is configured to removably attach the loofah to the handle. The tensioning member is rotated away from the handle to expose the capture features, and is rotated towards the handle to create tension is the rope, which secures the loofah to the handle. The loofah further comprises a sponge portion which is configured against a loofah plate at a washing end of the handle. The washing device is used to wash oneself by grasping a handle portion of the handle and using the washing end of the handle with the loofah attached to wash oneself.
Interdental brush
An interdental brush comprising an interdental brush bar and a grip, the interdental brush bar having a central shaft and a joint portion, the central shaft surface axially staggering a plurality of first bristle sets and a plurality of second bristle sets, the first bristle set has two first bristles, and the second bristle set has two second bristles, and each of the first bristles is connected with an adjacent second bristles to form a squeegee. The grip connects the joint portion, and the squeegee can increase the contact area with the teeth to enhance the cleaning effect.
A CLEANER HEAD FOR A CLEANING APPLIANCE
A cleaner head for a cleaning appliance including a housing having a front side, a rear side, and first and second sides which extend between the front side and the rear side, the housing further including a floor facing surface which extends between the front side, rear side and first and second sides which, in use, faces a surface to be cleaned. A floor engaging device is connected to the floor facing surface of the housing and which extends laterally between the first and second sides of the housing, said floor engaging device including a first portion for absorbing liquid from a surface to be cleaned; and a second portion positioned closer to either a front side or a rear side of the housing, said second portion being relatively stiff compared to the first portion.
SPONGES
Various embodiments of sponges are disclosed. A sponge may include a sponge body and a soap container. The sponge may include a soap dispensing member disposed within the sponge body and may include a plurality of apertures to establish fluid communication from inside the soap dispensing member to the sponge body. A first end of the soap dispensing member may be in fluid communication with the soap container. A second end of the soap dispensing member may be closed and terminate inside the sponge body, or it may extend to a second end of the sponge body and be enclosed by a removable plug. The soap container may be removably secured to the sponge body or the soap dispensing member, such as with an annular flange connected to the sponge body. A sponge may include a second soap container, and/or a plurality of nubs projecting the sponge body.
CAR WASH MITTER AND RELATED METHOD OF USE
An overhead vehicle wash mitter apparatus is provided. A mitter curtain can include multiple mitters that sway above a vehicle pathway as a vehicle travels along the pathway. Each mitter can include an upper end and a lower end closer to the vehicle pathway, a sheath defining an interior tube and an exterior surface that engages a vehicle surface, and a pad in the sheath. The pad can press outward on the sheath so that the sheath attains a first thickness, which can be at least ½ inch, at least 1 inch, at least 1½ inch or more, so the sheath is impaired from entering between a wiper and a surface of the vehicle, such as a window. Accordingly, damage to the wiper of the vehicle is prevented when the mitter engages the surface and the wiper. A related method of use is provided.
Collecting and harvesting cut bone from rongeur
A collector used to collect bone includes: a container body defining an interior containment space for receiving and retaining collected bone, and having at least one open end for access and removal of collected bone from the interior containment space; and a cap in covering relation to the open end of the container body such that access to the interior containment space for removal of collected bone is inhibited. The collector includes an intake port defining an opening for receiving therein a distal end of a kerrison rongeur for collecting cut bone from a cutting area thereof, and the cap includes at least one scraper for engaging and dislodging cut bone from the cutting area of a distal end of a kerrison rongeur when received within the intake port. The collector preferably is used with a kerrison rongeur for collecting cut bone therefrom.
Brush with non-constant nodule density
Provided is a disclosure for a brush for cleaning a surface, where the brush comprises a center core and cleaning material around the center core. Modules are found on the cleaning material, where nodule density on the cleaning material varies. Accordingly, a first nodule density of a first region of the cleaning material is different than a second nodule density of a second region of the cleaning material.
