Washing devices comprise an integrally formed brush component including a hub having a central axis and a plurality of bristles. Each bristle includes a shaft extending from the hub and having outwardly extending cleaning structures. The bristles extend radially from the central axis of the hub. A cylindrical support comprises a webbing having an array of holes positioned to receive the bristles of the brush component, each of the bristles being received within and extending outwardly from respective holes in the webbing. Alternate embodiments comprise an integrally-formed, linear brush component including a plurality of connected hub elements, each hub element carrying a bristle. Each bristle includes an elongated shaft having multiple cleaning structures extending outwardly. A webbing comprises an array of holes positioned to receive the bristles of the linear brush component, each of the bristles being received within and extending outwardly from respective holes in the webbing.

A paint brush cleaning system includes a housing and a paint brush cleaner attached to the housing. The housing contains solvent that helps clean a paint brush. The paint brush cleaner rotates a wire brush against the bristles of the paint brush and actuates a pump to eject solvent drawn from the housing as the paint brush is moved in translation. The wire brush is coupled to a retractable cord, which rotates the wire brush. A holder is simultaneously coupled to the retractable cord and the pump. When force is exerted on the holder, the retractable cord rotates the wire brush and the pump ejects solvent. A user can insert a paint brush handle through the holder, thus actuating the pump and rotating the wire brush by applying force to the handle. The housing attaches to a user's belt, providing easy access to the paint brush cleaning system.

A cleaner head for a cleaning appliance including a housing having a front side, a rear side, and first and second sides which extend between the front side and the rear side, the housing further including a floor facing surface which extends between the front side, rear side and first and second sides which, in use, faces a surface to be cleaned. A floor engaging device is connected to the floor facing surface of the housing and which extends laterally between the first and second sides of the housing, said floor engaging device including a first portion for absorbing liquid from a surface to be cleaned; and a second portion positioned closer to either a front side or a rear side of the housing, said second portion being relatively stiff compared to the first portion.

The wooden hairbrush is an apparatus intended to prevent breaking down of the hair particles or strands of hair when users brush their hair. According to a preferred embodiment, the apparatus is a hairbrush which includes all-wooden components and/or partially wooden components. The invention relates a powder brush, which includes a body having mounting means for mounting a powder cartridge thereon and a brush head assembly attachable to an operative front end of the body. The brush head assembly defines a bristle mounting means capable of retaining a plurality of circumferentially arranged bristles therein. Furthermore, the powder brush includes a powder dispensing arrangement, in use, operable selectively to dispense powder from the powder cartridge onto the plurality of bristles. The dispensing arrangement includes an agitator disposed inside the powder cartridge, which cartridge includes a biasing means operable to bias the agitator towards a closed and open position. The bristles comprise of features, in particular, ostrich feathers of which a stem portion is secured to the brush head assembly.

A T-shaped brush head assembly for cleaning hard to reach surfaces includes a brush head, which in turn comprises a housing and a plurality of bristles. The bristles are attached to and extend from the housing. A first set of the bristles and a second set of the bristles are positioned proximate to a first end and a second end of the housing, respectively. The first set of the bristles is volumetrically larger than the second set of the bristles so that the brush head is substantially T-shaped. The objective of the present invention is to provide a mascara that can be easily fine-adjusted during makeup while securing the mascara liquid retention. The mascara according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a first brush extending in one direction and a second brush extending in the other direction. The first brush and the second brush are formed from different materials. A plurality of second strands constituting the second brush are coupled by means of a line seal. The plurality of second strands coupled by means of the line seal are additionally fixed by means of a fixing clip.
