In the reclining configuration, the body provides a neck support and a back support. A support structure that may be placed above the body and may be adjustable is configured to accept and secure a smart device thereat and support the smart device at a smart device working distance from the neck support. In the booster seat configuration, the body folds into a rectangular shape to provide a seat.
