DEVICE FOR GRINDING COFFEE BEANS
A device for grinding coffee beans includes a body provided with a vertical hopper for the entry of the coffee beans and a separate vertical outlet for the ground coffee, which are mutually connected by way of a horizontal seat within which a shaft is associated axially and rotatably. A first grinder is keyed to the shaft and interacts with a facing second grinder. These grinders cooperate with elements adapted to allow a first, micro-adjustment and a second, macro-adjustment of the grinding as a function of the type of coffee beans selected.
GRINDER FOR PREPARING BREWING MATERIALS
A grinder for preparing brewing materials has a main casing, a grinding assembly and an unloading assembly to measure the amount of the brewing powder to unload. The unloading assembly has an unloading motor and a measuring barrel. When the user puts the brewing materials into the main casing, the grinding assembly grinds the brewing materials into the brewing powder. The brewing powder drops into the unloading assembly. Provided herein is a method of flavouring a food comprising grinding a flavour bead onto a food or beverage prior to or contemporaneous with the use of the food or beverage, wherein the particle is in the form of an extruded, glassy bead, comprising a fibrous carrier composition encapsulating a flavour ingredient or composition active ingredient, characterised in that the bead has a cross-section diameter comprised between 3 mm and 15 mm. Further provided here is a flavour mill comprising the bead. The particle or bead comprises an encapsulating carrier composition essentially made of fibrous materials, which are both sugarless and non-cariogenic and an encapsulant, such as a flavour material.

Coffee grinder cleaning tool
A coffee grinder cleaning tool for removing coffee grinds and particulate matter from a conventional coffee grinder. The coffee grinder cleaning tool includes an elongated shaft having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end includes a brush thereon and wherein the second end includes a scraper thereon. The elongated shaft further includes a fastener, such as a suction cup, for securing the device to a support surface, such as a side of a coffee grinder. A cleaning cap is removably securable to the first end of the cleaning tool and includes an interior volume in which the brush can be positioned. The cleaning cap further includes a protrusion extending therefrom that can be used to clean the underside of the blade of a grinder.
