NEUROSTIMULATION-BASED NEUROFEEDBACK DEVICE USING BRAIN WAVES AND HEARTBEAT SIGNALS
Disclosed is a neurofeedback device, including a body attached to a user's body and configured to provide electrical stimulation to a vagus nerve region, wherein the body includes: a frame provided in a symmetrical and elliptical shape, wherein one side and another side in a longitudinal direction are concavely recessed toward a center, and attached to a user's neck; a vagus nerve stimulator located on a back surface of the frame, provided to include a plurality of electrodes for providing electrical stimulation to the vagus nerve region, and attached to skin directly above the vagus nerve region located next to carotid artery of the user; a heart rate sensor located at a center of left and right symmetry of the frame on a back surface of the frame and configured to detect heart rates of the user; a manipulator located in front of the frame and configured to receive a user's command; and a plurality of connection ports formed on a side surface of the frame to transmit and receive signals, wherein the plural electrodes of the vagus nerve stimulator are provided one by one on left and right sides in the symmetrical structure of the frame and, when the frame is attached to the user's skin, are disposed perpendicular to a direction of the vagus nerve.
Pen needle assembly
A pen needle, comprising a reusable adapter configured for attachment to a distal end of a medication pen, the adapter having a proximal needle for accessing the interior of the pen injector and a fitting on the distal side for mating with a patient end needle assembly, and a disposable patient-end needle assembly having a base configured for mating with the fitting on the distal side of the adapter and a patient-end needle extending from a distal end of the base.
BIODIFFUSION CHAMBER
A biodiffusion chamber for performing autologous cell vaccination is provided. The biodiffusion chamber is adapted for insertion into and removal from a subject. In some embodiments, the biodiffusion chamber comprises (i) a chamber body defining a hollow cavity and including a first surface and a second surface, (ii) a first semi-permeable membrane coupled to the first surface, (iii) a second semi-permeable membrane coupled to the second surface, and (iv) an element and/or feature adapted for removing the biodiffusion chamber from the subject. The first semi-permeable membrane and the second semi-permeable membrane are permeable to fluids and soluble factors but are not permeable to cells. In some embodiments, composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of an antisense oligodeoxynucleotide is inserted into the biodiffusion chamber and allowed to diffuse out of the biodiffusion chamber and into the subject via at least one of the first semi-permeable membrane or the second semi-permeable membrane.
PEN NEEDLE ASSEMBLY

Pen needle assembly
A pen needle is provided with a plastic non-patient end. Since the non-patient end needle does not contact the patient, the needle can be formed with a larger diameter, permitting more secure attachment to a medication pen and greater medication flow from the cartridge through the cannula. In addition, a two-part hub construction comprising a needle bearing sub assembly and an adapter for attachment to the pen body may be used to lower materials volume and costs, and reduce sharps disposal. In embodiments, a hub according to the invention may be provided with a shield that provides an audible and/or tactile indication when full penetration depth of the needle is achieved. Windows on the shield may reveal a color band on the hub at the full-penetration depth position to provide the user with a visual indication that the pen needle has been used.
