The coating liquid comprises dexmedetomidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, isoproterenol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a sulfated polysaccharide.
