Universal personal protective mask
A universal personal protective mask includes a main body having a front surface, a back surface, a top edge, a bottom edge, and a pair of side edges that define an internal pocket. An opening is formed along the main body to permit access to the pocket, and a zipper is positioned along the opening to secure the pocket in an open or closed position. The mask body is constructed from a durable machine-washable fabric so as to be reusable, and includes at least one head strap. A gasket is positioned along the inside periphery of the mask body, and a filter insert is removably secured within the pocket. The filter being constructed from myriad of different materials or industry standards to prevent the passage of particulates and harmful organisms.
FILTER ASSEMBLY FOR A BREATHING APPARATUS
A filter assembly for a breathing apparatus, such as a powered air purifying respirator. The filter assembly includes a frame for receiving and retaining a filter element, a cover connected to the frame and dimensioned to cover the aperture, a filter element, and an indicator for indicating when the filter element is retained in the filter frame and the cover is arranged across the aperture. A powered breathing apparatus including the filter assembly is also disclosed.
Protective apparel and support apparatus and method of use
A protective apparel support system is disclosed comprising a support frame configured to rest on the shoulders of a wearer, the support having a first shoulder member, a second shoulder member and a shield engagement portion. A shield is selectively coupleable to the support and protective apparel is coupled to the shield.
Powered air breathing apparatus
A safety breathing apparatus has a sensor for measuring the difference in pressure between two point 1a, 1b in the gas delivered to a head unit 9. The sensor is used to measure the difference in the pressure of the gas supplied through the apparatus between the two points in the gas flow, and the pressure difference is then used to calculate the gas flow rate.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERSONAL ISOLATION AND/OR PROTECTION
Method and apparatus for personal isolation and/or protection are disclosed. In one variation, the system may include a passive filtration component having a mask configured for positioning over a mouth and/or nose of a user, wherein the mask has at least one portion configured to filter air passing through the at least one portion. An active filtration component having a fan may be included, wherein the active filtration component is configured to filter air entering or exiting the active filtration component via the fan, and a hose fluidly coupled between the passive filtration component and the active filtration component such that the active filtration component is remote from a face of the user when in use.
Air supply mechanism with lower air duct, headgear and electric protective equipment
An air supply mechanism with lower air duct, a headgear and an electric protective equipment are disclosed. The air supply mechanism with lower air duct includes: an air inlet mask, the front of the air inlet mask being raised in an arc shape and the back of the air inlet mask being arranged to fit to the human face, the air inlet mask including a first ventilation structure and a second ventilation structure connecting the front and back; an air supply pipe fixed on one side of the air inlet mask and in communication with the first ventilation structure and the second ventilation structure to supply air to the front of the air inlet mask; and a filter screen fixedly covering the first ventilation structure to filter the air entering the first ventilation structure from the front of the air inlet mask.
BIDIRECTIONAL REUSABLE FILTERING FACE MASK
A bidirectional reusable filtering face mask is described that includes an anatomical base provided with means to promote adherence to the face and pass-through elements for closure by means of ties; a first filtering chamber used to prevent respiratory droplets from spreading and obtained by fixing a removable disposable filter on the outer side of the anatomical base; a second filtering chamber comprising a removable dome with a recess in its apical part adapted to accommodate a main removable disposable filter, where the filter is secured to the recess by means of a protective grid; and means for assembling the components of the second filtering chamber with the first filtering chamber.
MASK APPARATUS
A mask apparatus includes: a mask body including a rear body and a front body coupled to a front surface of the rear body and providing an inlet and an outlet, a face guard coupled to the rear body, accommodating a portion of user's face, and defining a respiration space, and an air cleaning module purifying air introduced into the inlet of the front body and supplying the purified air to the respiration space. A portion of the rear body protrudes toward the front body and defines an accommodation portion configured to accommodate the air cleaning module. The air cleaning module includes: a fan module accommodated in the accommodation portion, a filter disposed at a rear side of the fan module and purifying air flowing into the fan module, and a filter housing including a filter frame and a filter cover covering surrounding side and rear surfaces of the filter.
MASK APPARATUS
A mask apparatus includes: a mask body including a rear body and a front body coupled to a front surface of the rear body and providing an inlet and an outlet, a face guard coupled to the rear body and defining a respiration space, and an air cleaning module purifying air introduced into the inlet and supplying the purified air to the respiration space. Each of left and right edges of the rear body provides a strap connection portion into which a strap is coupled. The strap connection portion includes: a strap recess provided at a rear surface of the rear body, a strap hole defined in the strap recess, a strap bar connecting upper and lower surfaces of the strap recess and spaced apart from the strap hole, and a waterproof sleeve extending from the front surface of the rear body along an edge of the strap hole.
