METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRAINING ATHLETES BASED ON ATHLETIC SIGNATURES AND PRESCRIPTION
A method for training athletes is disclosed. The method comprises: calculating an athletic signature for an athlete comprising normalized values for the concentric net vertical impulse (CON-IMP), the average eccentric rate of force development (ECC-RFD), and the average vertical concentric force (CON-VF) for the athlete; analyzing the athletic signature; and assigning at least one training block to the athlete based on the analysis of the athletic signature.
FRAME STRUCTURE FOR A MINI TRAMPOLINE
A frame structure for a mini trampoline includes at least three nodes and at least three elongate internodes, as well as a multiplicity of legs. In each case, two of the internodes are assigned to each other with end portions and are connected rigidly to each other via one of the nodes such that a closed frame lying substantially in one main plane is formed. Each leg is fastened directly to one of the nodes.
SUSPENDED TARGET TRAMPOLINE GAME
A suspended target trampoline game includes a trampoline having a trampoline frame which includes a trampoline leg supporting the trampoline frame, and an enclosure. The enclosure includes an enclosure pole connected to the trampoline frame. The enclosure pole supports an enclosure net. An overhanging pole is connected to the enclosure pole. A line is suspended from the overhanging pole. A target is suspended from the line. A detachable connection can be formed between the target and the line. The detachable connection releasably attaches the target to the line. A slack control mechanism can adjust a height of the target. The target can be a ball.
Sports Training apparatus
A sports training apparatus for training athletes to deliver a ball or other object at an appropriate arc. The sports training apparatus includes an adjustable horizontal target that is positioned between the athlete and the target. It gives guidance to the athlete at the time of release. The athlete's height, game being played, desired arc, technique employed and position on the court determine the appropriate configuration, placement, and use of the sports training apparatus described herein. Athletes use the sports training apparatus repeatedly to train, learn, and be able to repeat the desired arc for a particular shot in their sport.

Exercise apparatus to enhance muscle recruitment of a user through isometric and plyometric movements
An exercise apparatus to enhance muscle recruitment of a user includes a base platform, a rotatable shaft coupled to the base platform, a brake assembly coupled to the base platform and operably connected to the rotatable shaft, the brake assembly having a controller designed to engage and disengage the brake assembly from the rotatable shaft, and a pair of cables with first ends coupled to the rotatable shaft and second ends coupled to a bar. The controller engages the brake assembly with the rotatable shaft to lock the rotatable shaft in a stationary position for a predetermined time to permit the user to perform an isometric movement with the bar. The controller disengages the brake assembly from the rotatable shaft after the predetermined time to permit the rotatable shaft to rotate to permit the user to perform a plyometric movement with the bar.

User interface and fitness meters for remote joint workout session
Example embodiments relate to a system, method, apparatus, and computer readable media configured to generate a multiple renditions of a user interface that is updated based upon athletic movements of two or more users remotely located from each other. The UI may be configured to simultaneously display energy expenditure values in real-time. In further embodiments, a joint energy expenditure values determined from multiple remote users may be simultaneously displayed.
Trick scooter
A trick scooter comprising a base plate, a support member, comprising a first end and a second end, a handle, comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the handle is attached to the second end of the support member. Furthermore, the base plate is manufactured of elastic and flexible material. Such a trick scooter is advantageous as it is lightweight, easy and safe to handle and does not damage the surroundings or cause injury to people nearby.
TRAMPOLINE SCOOTERS
Disclosed embodiments may include a trampoline scooter device for practicing scooter tricks on a trampoline. The device may include a foam deck with an upper surface and lower surface, where the upper and lower surface both contain a recess. The recesses are designed to receive, respectively, an upper attachment member and a lower attachment member. The upper and lower attachment members and the recesses contain aligned holes to receive connectors. The connectors, or bolts, extend through both attachment members and the deck to secure the deck to the attachment members using nuts. The upper attachment member is connected to the headtube of the scooter via the neck. The headtube contains connections to the column. The column is attached to handlebars containing grips and grip ends.
