Multi-Function Freely Suspended Swing Apparatus
Provided a multi-function freely suspended swing apparatus for hovering off the ground and moving around freely. The apparatus comprising: at least four swings, including at least two of the four swings being short swings configured to support arms and at least two of the four swings being long swings configured to support legs, wherein the four swings allow a user to hover off the ground and move around freely, allowing them to twist, turn, bend, and swing their bodies with dynamic mobility; a loop associated with each end of the four swings being secured by a securing means, each loop is attached to a carabiner, that is in turn attached to a strap depending on the height required; and a rubber mat embedded in the center of at least four swings to provide shape and a soft cushion for a user's body.
Stretching belt for stretching of the spine
A stretching device for stretching and aligning a user's back may include a belt, optionally a gambrel and universal hook, and optionally a support system, such as a slotted door mount. The belt may be designed to wrap around the user's back and under the user's armpits, wherein the belt is a segmented belt having a plurality of raised segments spaced along a length of the belt. Rings may be attached to each end of the belt, wherein the rings may be designed to engage with a mounting device, such as the gambrel and universal hook.

SELF SUPPORTING AND PORTABLE AERIAL RIGGING STRUCTURE FOR AERIALISTS
Presented is a rigging structure with a mechanical advantage of being lifted and suspended above the ground surface using one or more pulley block and tackle systems and/or winch systems. The rigging structure includes a pivoting head portion, four legs, and four feet. The head portion includes a central shaft held between a pair of holders. Each of the holders includes a pair of legs connecting arms. Each of these legs connecting arms is connected to a first leg section and one or more second leg sections and finally to feet to form the legs. The bottom of the legs or feet is interconnected using metal or non-metal wires for preventing any buckling effect due to load attached to the rigging structure. The bottom of the legs are connected by pulling first pair of legs towards second pair or legs or vice versa using pulley block and tackle system capable of exerting required pull force.

IMPROVED DEVICE FOR SUSPENSION TRAINING
The invention relates to an improved device for suspension training, having a central pulley which is secured by a carabiner with a safety closure and through the channel of which slides an 8 mm cord restricted by sliding cord loops into which are hooked flat carabiners that connect same to handles formed by a flat strap and a tube with a cushioned surface, the device also having a strap of loops.
RIGGING SYSTEM FOR SUSPENSION EXERCISE TRAINING
A rigging system is configured for selective attachment to a fixed-point mount (e.g., a beam, a bar, or a door jamb), typically located at a position above the user's head. A handle on the opposite end of the rigging system hangs from this fixed point and is grasped by the user to support a portion of the user's weight while the user performs resistance exercises against a reduced portion of the user's body weight. In some configurations, the fixed point may be a doorjamb above the top of a door. A height adjustment buckle of the rigging system is designed to be positioned generally distal from a structure forming the handle during use of the rigging system.
Training device for board sports
The invention mainly relates to a training device for a board sport involving the use of a board, that is essentially characterized in that it comprises at least a first (2c) and a second (3c) main support line of the board (6) extending from at least one upper attachment point (4, 5; 51, 75, 77, 81, 83) located above and at a distance of the board (6) as far as a first (13) and a second (14) support element of the board (6) respectively, each extending transversally under the board (6) and each comprising a bearing part (15, 16) on which the lower face (15) of said board (6) is supported. The device according to the invention is particularly applicable to surf training, the board then being a surf board.

Low friction rehabilitation board with an integral band retaining feature and methods of rehabilitation
A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
