The present invention relates to a new and inventive combination game combining aspects of ball and/or bowling games. The invention further relates to a game set comprising all elements necessary to perform the game and to a method of playing a combined game.

The present invention relates to a bowling game apparatus for a flying disc and, more particularly, to a bowling game apparatus, for a flying disc, which is automated such that a user does not have to set bowling pins and recover a thrown flying disc. Since the user does not have to set the bowling pins and recover the flying disc, user convenience is enhanced. The bowling game apparatus has a simple structure and thus can be manufactured at a low cost and can easily be installed in a limited space.

A method and system for playing a bowling game in combination with a football-type game is disclosed. The method and system comprising the steps of initiating a conventional bowling game, filling at least one bowling frame, evaluating a bowling score for at least one bowler, generating a football play result based on the bowling score, displaying a football position based on the football play result, continuing the bowling game and generating the football play result until a 10th frame of bowling is completed, determining a winning football team, and providing an award to the winning football team.

A bowling ball stop assembly for a pinsetter of a bowling lane is provided. The bowling ball stop assembly can include a moveable blocking feature that moves between a plurality of positions. The plurality of positions include an extended position with the stop arranged in front of the pinsetter to block or obstruct bowling balls moving down the bowling lane, and a retracted position with the stop raised away from the bowling lane to allow passage of bowling balls and the play of bowling games thereon. The bowling ball stop assembly further includes a frame supporting the blocking feature and configured to guide or facilitate control of movement thereof between the extended and retracted positions.
