In one embodiment, a delivery apparatus includes a base having a securement track groove and a substantially opposing receiving aperture, and a central tube removably affixed about the base. The central tube may have a raised protrusion to mate within the securement track groove, a substantially opposing lip to align within the receiving aperture, and at least one elongated rib. The result is an improved hidden display and assembly for enhancing efficient, effective delivery of a hidden item inside a food item(s) or the like.
