Blender
A blender includes a container body to receive food; a blender body to support the container body; a container lid removably mountable to the upper surface of the container body to open and close the upper surface of the container body; and a discharge part provided at the blender body to guide the discharge of liquid or foreign matter accumulated on the upper surface of the blender body to the outside. Accordingly, foreign matter or liquid accumulated on the upper surface of the blender body is prevented from being introduced into a motor assembly, among others.
Meshing-type rubber internal mixer and working method thereof
A meshing-type rubber internal mixer and a working method thereof are provided. The meshing rubber internal mixer includes a frame mechanism, a mixing mechanism, and an unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism is on the upper side of the unloading mechanism. The mixing mechanism and the unloading mechanism are in the frame mechanism. An internal mixing chamber is of a closed structure through first automatic telescopic plates and second automatic telescopic plates. The gap between a first meshing-type rotor and a second meshing-type rotor is small, a material is compressed to enter the space between the first meshing-type rotor and the second meshing-type rotor to be extruded with an internal mixing chamber wall. The material is flaky in the internal mixing chamber, so that the material produces great strain deformation, thereby achieving excellent dispersing and mixing effects.
Floating, sub-surface discharge aerator
A floating aerator that is highly efficient in oxygenating water and wastewater utilizes high-volume, low pressure air that is diffused into a sub-surface oxygen transfer chamber in which water and wastewater is oxygenated. An air lift is created in the oxygen transfer chamber through the discharge of air bubbles in the water column in the aerator. The aerator comprises a floating head having a concave lower surface, a main chamber or barrel that defines the oxygen transfer chamber, and an air diffuser that extends coaxially through the float head and barrel interconnects the float head to the barrel such that there is a discharge slot defined between the lower surface of the float head and the barrel. A ballast ring floats the aerator at the desire level such that a flow of air bubbles and oxygenated water or wastewater are discharged at a subsurface level.
Method for wastewater treatment through microorganism biochemical pathway optimization
Increased control and efficiency over the wastewater purification can be achieved through creating conditions that allow the operator to selectively prioritize the digestive function of microorganism in the activated sludge. The gas-dispersion return sludge is created using pure oxygen or oxygen containing trace amounts of ozone as a reactive gas, which is blended with return sludge to create a mixture of gas and liquid, which is passed through an atomizer or a cavitation pump to instantly render the reactive gas to an ultra-fine bubble state. At least a portion of the ultra-fine bubbles dissolve within the gas-dispersion return sludge, activating the dormant microorganisms. Due to a complete or an almost complete absence of biodegradable material in the gas-dispersion return sludge, the microorganism prioritize their digestive function, and when exposed to biodegradable pollutants present in wastewater, digest the pollutants using biochemical pathways different from the ones used in nature.
Asymmetrical three-blade screw-type shaft for a mixing and kneading machine
A worm shaft for a mixing and kneading machine in particular for continuous preparation processes, comprising a shaft rod, on the circumferential surface of which blade elements are arranged which are spaced apart from one another and which extend outward from the circumferential surface of the shaft rod, wherein the blade elements are arranged on the shaft rod, at least in one section extending in the axial direction of the worm shaft, in three rows extending in the axial direction of the worm shaft, wherein at least one of the blade elements of one of the rows is different from one of the blade elements of one of the other rows, and/or the rows of blade elements, viewed in cross-section of the shaft rod, are distributed irregularly over the circumference defined by the outer circumferential surface of the shaft rod, and wherein the angular distance between the midpoints M of the outer circumferential surfaces of the blade elements on the circumferential surface of the shaft rod of adjacent rows differs between at least two of the three rows of the at least other two rows, and including wherein, for example, each of the blade elements of the at least one section extending in the axial direction of the worm shaft has a longitudinal extension which extends in an angle of 45° to 135° to the axial direction of the worm shaft.
Two-component mixing capsule, in particular for dental purposes
The disclosure relates to a two-component mixing capsule for intake and for mixing of two compositions with a capsule housing having a discharge spout at its front end, wherein the mixing capsule comprises a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber, wherein the two mixing chambers may be separated from each other for storage or for transport, by the first mixing chamber being rotatable into a first position in which the first mixing chamber is separated from mixing chamber, by a rotatably mounted handhold element, the rotational axis of which is approximately perpendicularly arranged to the longitudinal axis of the mixing capsule. The two mixing chambers form a common mixing chamber by rotating the first mixing chamber into a second position in which the central axes of the first and second mixing chamber are substantially coaxially arranged, wherein the composition may be discharged after mixing by attaching a squeezing piston.
Floor cleaning machine with solid chemical delivery system
A floor cleaning machine is provided. The floor cleaning machine includes a solution tank for a cleaning solution. A pre-canister sensor receives the cleaning solution and measures the concentration of any dissolved solids. A canister assembly receives a portion of the cleaning solution from the pre-canister sensor and dissolves portions of a solid chemical form into the cleaning solution thereby forming blended droplets. The canister assembly has a spray nozzle positioned vertically above the solid chemical form. A post-canister sensor receives a mixture of the cleaning solution from the pre-canister sensor and the blended droplets from the canister assembly. The post-canister sensor measures the concentration of any dissolved solids within the mixture of the cleaning solution from the pre-canister sensor and the blended droplets from the canister assembly. A comparison of the baseline and post-canister measurements outside of a desired range results in replacement of the solid chemical form.
Ozone injector device
An ozone injector device comprising a housing having a water passageway through the housing, a corona tube disposed within the housing, an ozone inlet fitting coupled to the water passageway, the ozone inlet being in fluid communication with the corona tube via a corona discharge tube, and a clearing piston positioned to move into and out of the water passageway directly opposite the ozone inlet. The clearing piston is biased upwards, towards to the ozone inlet, and configured to prevent flow of ozone into the water passageway.
