Sewage System Agitator
A sewage system component spray assembly is attached at a predetermined height above pumps in the interior of the component and has at least one nozzle for spraying liquid downwardly and generally tangential to a center of the sewage system component. Operation of the nozzle causes the liquid to disperse floating material on the sewage surface and creating a rotational flow around the center to direct such material to the pumps. The source of the sprayed liquid may be internal to the sewage system component.
MIXING VESSEL FOR A FOOD PROCESSOR
A mixing vessel for a food processor operated by an electric motor, which mixing vessel has a mixing mechanism which can be connected to a rotary drive of the food processor by means of a coupling driver, wherein the mixing vessel has a cleaning device for cleaning an inner wall of the mixing vessel, in particular a floor of the vessel. The cleaning device is arranged on the mixing vessel, in particular on a vessel wall and/or the mixing mechanism, and has at least one cleaning element which is designed such that, upon actuation of the cleaning device, it sweeps over the inner wall and/or over sub-regions of the mixing mechanism and, by interacting mechanically with any deposits which may be located on the inner wall and/or the mixing mechanism, helps to remove the same. The mixing vessel can have a cleaning device which has an ultrasonic transmitter, which is arranged in a fixed position in a wall of the mixing vessel or which is arranged, in particular in a removable manner, in the interior of the mixing vessel.
APPARATUS FOR OPTICAL IN-SITU GAS ANALYSIS
The invention relates to an apparatus for the optical in-situ gas analysis that comprises a housing; a measuring lance whose one, first end is connected to the housing and whose other, second end projects into the gas to be measured; a light transmitter arranged in the housing whose light is conducted into the measuring lance and is reflected onto a light receiver by a reflector arranged at the second end, wherein the optical path defines an optical measurement path within the measuring lance; a gas-permeable filter through which the gas to be measured moves into the measurement path; and an evaluation device for evaluating received light signals of the light receiver. To provide an improved apparatus with which the problem of the condensate formation can be counteracted better, provision is made that the measuring lance has an agitation apparatus for agitating the gas in the measuring lance.
Method for preparation of pharmaceutical products
A method for the preparation of pharmaceutical products is provided that utilizes a machine having a containing liner, a dosing chamber for preparing at least one pharmaceutical product accommodated within the containing liner, and a pneumatic ventilation device for feeding two air flows through the dosing chamber and through the containing liner, respectively. Operation of the pneumatic ventilation device is selectively controlled so that the containing liner has inside a pressure lower than a pressure existing within the dosing chamber and than a pressure existing in the environment outside the containing liner itself.
Mixing device
Apparatus and methods for a mixing device are presented. The mixing device comprises a shaft and a plurality of blades attached to the shaft. The blades include a variable pitch angle configured to create axial fluid flow and radial fluid flow within a container. The apparatus includes a hub and a cage located at ends of the apparatus. The cage includes an open end configured to mate with a structure attached to the container. In further examples of the apparatus, the upper blade is configured to create axial flow in a substantially downward direction. The lower blade is configured to create axial flow in a substantially upward direction. The lower blade can create an axial flow that encounters the upper blade. A method includes locating a mixing apparatus within the container, inserting fluid within the container, rotating the mixing apparatus, and mixing the fluid.
Method for an adaptive kneading technology for a food preparation appliance
A method to make a single dough ball using adaptive kneading technology is explained. An adaptive kneading technology which resides in a processor is used to form an optimal viscoelastic dough ball. The flour and liquid are mixed, the initial dough is contacted, the reading for resistance is recorded, if need be corrected and finally a dough ball is dispensed to make a flat bread.
MIXING AND DELIVERY METHOD ARRANGEMENT AND PUMP FOR SUPPLYING SMALL PARTICLES SUSPENDED IN A LIQUID TO FORM FLURRY FOR DELIVERY
A mixing arrangement, and pump for supplying small particles suspended in a liquid to form slurry for delivery includes a container, a mixing and delivery pump having a first shaft, a rotor connected to the first shaft and arranged at an inner bottom of an inner space of the container, a first power device connected to the first shaft, and a stator having stator blades. The stator surrounds the first shaft. The arrangement includes a pump having an inlet, which is located in a stator space between two stator blades, and an outlet, and an outlet pipe having a second inlet opening connected to the outlet and a second outlet opening located outside the inner space.
Shaft-Mounted Fluid Transfer Assembly for a Disosable Bioreactor
A fluid transfer assembly for single use bioreactors includes a fluid transfer housing that can be mounted to the impeller shaft using a bearing that places the fluid transfer assembly directly below the lowest impeller but allows the impeller shaft to spin inside independently of the fluid transfer assembly. A fluid conduit connects the fluid transfer housing to a port in the single use bag wall which allows fluids to be introduced into the sparger and which also helps prevent the fluid transfer assembly from rotating with the impeller shaft.
MEDICAL GAS-LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM
A medical gas-liquid supply system including an electrolytic gas generator, a pure water supply device, a control unit, a first gas storing unit, a second gas storing unit and a gas output unit is provided. The control unit is electrically connected to the electrolytic gas generator for controlling the voltage value of the electrolytic gas generator and the type of gases generated by the electrolytic gas generator. The first and second gas storing units are communicated to the electrolytic gas generator for storing the first and second gases generated by the electrolytic gas generator respectively. The gas output unit is communicated to the first and second gas storing units and has first, second and third output ends for outputting the first gas, a mixed gas and the second gas respectively, in which the mixed gas includes the first and second gases.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUSPENDING CELLS
The invention is related to a device for suspending particles in a fluid, wherein the mixing device includes a first magnet (1) rotating around a longitudinal axis (2), a mixing rod (4) attached to a mount (6), the mount including a second magnet (3), wherein the mount (6) moves in a substantially orthogonal motion to the longitudinal axis of the mixing rod (4) by the interaction of the rotating first magnet with the second magnet (3).
