HYDROLYSIS APPARATUS FOR ORGANIC WASTE USING HYDRAULIC CRUSHING EFFECT
20170328562 · 2017-11-16 · ·

A hydrolysis apparatus for organic waste using a hydraulic crushing effect includes: a housing having an open top surface and an inner lodging space; a reaction tank being lodged in the inner lodging space of the housing and having an open top surface and an inner space for accommodating a defined liquid chemical; a heating section connected to a bottom surface of the reaction tank and integrated into the reaction tank; and a driving means for moving the housing to put the housing in a linear reciprocating motion. The present invention has an effect to greatly reduce the physical crushing time and the dissolution time using a liquid chemical in the hydrolysis of animal carcass and other organic wastes, such as food waste, sewage/waste water sludge, animal/plant residue, and so forth, thereby increasing the work efficiency and reducing the cost.

APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED MIXING

An apparatus for mixing comprising a vessel 302 for holding a product comprising a liquid base and an ingredient, a rotor 304 for providing a first flow 306 of said product inside said vessel and a double agitator for providing a second flow 312 of said product inside said vessel. The double agitator comprises a first agitator 308 arranged to rotate in an outer section of said vessel, and a second agitator 310 arranged to rotate in an inner section of said vessel.

OXIDATION REACTOR AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OXIDE

Provided is an oxidation reactor capable of oxidizing hydrocarbons with both reaction efficiency and energy efficiency. The oxidation reactor according to the present invention includes a liquid inlet channel, a gas inlet channel, a gas-liquid mixing unit, and a flow reactor. Through the liquid inlet channel, a liquid containing a reaction substrate hydrocarbon is introduced. Through the gas inlet channel, a gas containing oxygen and ozone is introduced. The gas-liquid mixing unit mixes the liquid introduced from the liquid inlet channel with the gas introduced from the gas inlet channel. In the flow reactor, an oxidation catalyst is immobilized or packed. The gas-liquid mixing unit houses, in its channel, a mobile particle which is capable of rotating and/or moving to mix the liquid with the gas to thereby form a gas-liquid slug flow. The gas-liquid slug flow is introduced into the flow reactor.

Optimized drive of fracturing fluids blenders

A system for producing a wellbore fluid including a process fluid source, a rotating apparatus, and a motor directly coupled to the rotating apparatus. The motor is configured to receive a coolant and transfer heat from the motor to the coolant. The rotating apparatus is configured to receive process fluid from the process fluid source and mix the process fluid received from the process fluid source with one or more additives to produce a wellbore fluid. The coolant transfers heat to the process fluid, the wellbore fluid or both.

Mixing bag with integral sparger and sensor receiver

A mixing bag for use in bioprocessing in which a fluid is received and agitated using an internal fluid-agitating element driven by an external motive device is disclosed. The bag may include an integral sparger and sensor receiver. Related methods are also disclosed.

An apparatus and method for mixing and dispensing bone cement is provided. The apparatus includes a mixing vessel for mixing bone cement attached to a syringe body. The syringe body having a lumen that is connected to the mixing vessel by a passageway between the mixing vessel and the lumen of the syringe body. A separator is provided between the mixing vessel and the syringe body and includes an orifice therein so that when the opening in the separator is misaligned with the lumen the passageway is blocked and when aligned the passageway is continuous with the lumen so that bone cement can pass into the syringe body. A plunger is provided and is slideably movable along the longitudinal axis of the syringe body so as to advance the bone cement out of the distal end of the syringe.
