The system includes: an interface device, in electronic communication with a single batch formulation device. The single batch formulation device is configured to formulate a customized cosmetic product, and a threaded container configured to be imported into the single batch formulation device containing a base and exported from the single batch formulation device containing the customized cosmetic.
Dispersing device and defoaming device
A dispersing device includes: a casing having a liquid inlet; a rotating body accommodated in the casing and pivotably attached to a rotating shaft from one end of the rotating body; a liquid channel having, on the other end of the rotating body, a passage through which the liquid from the liquid inlet passes, and, inside the rotating body, a segment extended radially around the rotating shaft toward an outer side perpendicular to the rotating shaft and from the other end of the rotating body toward the one end of the rotating body in a direction of the rotating shaft axis and in which a cross section shape perpendicular to the rotating shaft is annular; and one connecting hole in the rotating body connecting the liquid channel with the exterior of the rotating body downstream of the liquid channel.
Stirred tank reactor systems and methods of use
A reactor system includes a support housing having an interior surface bounding a chamber, the chamber having a vertically extending central longitudinal axis. A flexible bag is disposed within the chamber of the support housing and has an interior surface bounding a compartment. A mixing element is disposed within the compartment of the flexible bag. A drive element, such as a drive shaft, is secured the mixing element, wherein the mixing element is laterally offset from and/or is angled relative to the vertically extending central longitudinal axis of the support housing.
Vee Manifold
A manifold having a first side, a second side, a first channel extending from the first side to the second side, and a second channel extending from the first side to the second side is disclosed. The first channel and the second channel each define a linear longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, the first channel longitudinal axis and the second channel longitudinal axis are oblique to the first side and the second side of the manifold. The manifold of the present disclosure provides channels that can be easily cleaned and allow for an increased flow performance.

Gel production system and method
A gel production system and method, in which a powder configured for mixing with an aqueous solvent such as water to form a gel is metered into a pressurized air stream to fluidize the powder, and the fluidized powder is injected into a pressurized water supply. The fluidized powder is at a greater pressure than the water supply, helping to hydrate the fluidized powder in the water, and the water supply plus fluidized powder are subsequently mixed in a mixing chamber to form the gel.
Intelligent blending system
A blending system includes a blender base and a container. The blender base includes a housing that houses a motor. The container is attachable to the blender base. The blending system includes a user device that communicates with the blender base. The user device may communicate with a remote computing device. The user device generates instructions and recipes for the blender base.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING NUCLEIC ACIDS IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES
A device for detecting nucleic acids in a biological sample has a sample port, a lysis station and a sample conduit configured to mix a sample and lysis agent to form a sample-lysis mixture, pass the sample-lysis mixture across a solid-state membrane to capture nucleic acids in the biological sample therein, and receive the remainder of the sample-lysis mixture in a waste chamber. The wash station is configured to introduce the wash solution following the sample-lysis mixture, pass the wash solution across the solid-state membrane to purify nucleic acids captured therein, and receive the wash solution from the solid-state membrane in the waste chamber. The elution station is configured to pass the eluent across the solid-state membrane, elute captured nucleic acids from the solid-state membrane, and pass the captured nucleic acids into one or more reaction chambers for amplifying and detecting the captured nucleic acids.
Vane for an impeller of an agitator, impeller and agitator
A vane for an impeller of an agitator includes a socket having a base plane configured to mount the vane to an impeller, and a blade configured to mix a process fluid, the blade having a leading edge, a trailing edge, and a blade tip extending from the leading edge to the trailing edge at an end of the blade facing away from the socket, the blade having a pressure side and a suction side, and the pressure side having a first concave region towards the leading edge, a second concave region toward the trailing edge and a convex region between the first and second concave regions.
Industrial Mixing Machine
An industrial mixing machine is disclosed for mixing material to be mixed in mixing containers that are open on the connection side and differ in at least one feature of their design, wherein one mixing container is attachable in each case to the mixing head of the mixing machine for mixing the material to be mixed contained therein, and wherein at least two mixing tools differing in at least one feature of their design are mountable on a mixing head of the mixing machine. The mixing machine has a detection device which is configured to determine whether the mixing tool currently mounted on the mixing head matches with the mixing container which is to be connected to the mixing head and in which the material to be mixed is located, and a safety device in communication with the detection device, which prevents the mixing tool and the mixing container opening from being brought together when the detection device detects that the mixing tool mounted on the mixing head does not match with the mixing container.
