HORIZONTALLY FED DISK GRINDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A horizontally fed disk grinding system includes a tray coupled to a trailer for receiving bulk material. The system further includes a grind hub coupled to the trailer and a cutter disk coupled to the grind hub. The grind hub is structured to rotate about a grind hub axis and the cutter disk is structured to rotate about a cutter disk axis and about the grind hub axis. A grind ring is coupled to the trailer and is structured to slide to engage the grind hub during use. A plurality of plates are coupled to the tray and structured to oscillate to feed material from the tray to the grind hub and the cutter disk, where the material is reduced to particulate form. The grind hub further includes an outlet and a conveyor rotatably coupled to the trailer to convey the particulate material away from the outlet to a selected location.

CRUSHING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH AN EXHAUST SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CRUSHING HETEROGENEOUS CHUNKS OF MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a crushing device comprising a jaw crusher provided with two jaws, at least one jaw of which moves reciprocally toward the other jaw and away from the other jaw in use, a supply device for supplying material to be crushed to the jaw crusher and a discharge device for discharging crushed material. The crushing device comprises a housing that encloses the jaw crusher, a ventilation device provided with air outlet openings that open into the crushing space, by means of which ventilation device air can be blown under pressure between the jaws of the jaw crusher device, and an exhaust device, which exhausts air mixed with fine material produced by the jaw crusher from the housing. The exhaust device is configured to convey the fine material mixed with the air to a collecting location. The invention further relates to a method for crushing material by means of such a crush device.
Double acting demolition device and utility machine for demolishing structures
The application relates to a double acting demolition device according to one embodiment for demolishing structures. The device includes a first crushing jaw for crushing operation, a first cutting jaw for cutting operation, and a combination jaw. The first jaws are separate jaws. The combination jaw is attachable to the first cutting jaw for constructing a second crushing jaw and to the first crushing jaw for constructing a second cutting jaw. The second crushing jaw is used jointly with the first crushing jaw in crushing operation and the second cutting jaw is used jointly with the first cutting jaw in cutting operation. In crushing operation, the first crushing jaw rotates around a fulcrum other than that of the second cutting jaw in cutting operation.
CRUSHER WITH RESETTABLE REFLIEF SYSTEM
A crusher apparatus includes a material crushing portion with a first crushing portion adapted for movement toward a second crushing portion. A linkage subassembly is connected to the first crushing portion and includes a first and second member operable about a pivot. A force inducing subsystem exerts a counterforce of a predetermined threshold amount to the first and second members sufficient to maintain the linkage subassembly in an unrelieved position until a crushing force exerted on the first crushing portion is sufficient to cause the linkage subassembly to move into a relieved position.
HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker. The valve is installed on an inner surface of the cylinder bush and the cylinder inner diameter portion to be movable in the vertical direction. The valve includes an upper valve portion having an upper end surface on which the pressure of the upper cylinder chamber acts, a lower valve portion having a lower end surface on which the pressure of the upper cylinder chamber acts, a first valve expanded-diameter portion which is formed between the upper valve portion and the lower valve portion, of which an outer diameter expands to be greater than outer diameters of the upper valve portion and the lower valve portion, and in which a first upper valve hydraulic pressure area communicates with the first and second flow channels, and a second valve expanded-diameter portion which is formed between the first valve expanded-diameter portion and the lower valve portion, of which an outer diameter expands to be greater than an outer diameter of the first valve expanded-diameter portion, and in which the second upper valve hydraulic pressure area communicates with the fourth flow channel, and the pressure of the valve switching chamber acts on a lower valve hydraulic pressure area having an area greater than an area of the first upper valve hydraulic pressure area.
Destruction device
A destruction device capable of destroying a plurality of types of storage devices includes: a support plate mounting part to which a support plate is detachably mounted; a crushing member mounting part to which a crushing member is detachably mounted; a support plate detection part capable of detecting the support plate mounted on the support plate mounting part; a crushing member detection part capable of detecting the crushing member mounted on the crushing member mounting part; and a control unit that determines whether the support plate detected by the support plate detection part and the crushing member detected by the crushing member detection part correspond to a same type of storage device, and executes a crushing process for crushing the storage device upon determining that the support plate and the crushing member correspond to the same type of storage device.
