A method of maintaining a grate of a grinding mill, the method comprising the steps of gripping a worn rotable segment comprising at least one grate support element provided with a mounting flange at the outer perimeter of the grate support element configured to mount the grate support element to a shell of the grinding mill, and at least one grate panel attached to the grate support element. The method further comprises unmounting, from the outside of the grinding mill, the mounting flange of the grate support element from the shell of the grinding mill, and lifting the unmounted worn rotable segment from the grinding mill.

The kitchen waste treatment system includes a control module, a drying module, an air extraction module, a grinding module and a temperature sensor all connected with the control module. The control module is for sending a first control signal, a second control signal and a third control signal according to a current working process in a determination that it is turned on normally. The drying module is for drying kitchen waste. The air extraction module is for extracting air from the kitchen waste. The grinding module is for grinding the kitchen waste. The temperature sensor is for detecting a temperature of the drying module. The control module is further for sending a stop command to the drying module in a determination that the temperature is higher than a preset temperature threshold.

The present invention provides an apparatus for suspending and guiding at least one tool or work platform externally about a grinding mill, the apparatus including (a) a fixed track suspended above the grinding mill and extending about an outer periphery thereof in a plane substantially parallel to a surrounding floor of the mill, and, (b) at least one carriage assembly mounted to the track for suspending and guiding the at least one tool or work platform, the at least one carriage assembly configured to provide the at least one tool or work platform with at least two degrees of freedom, and wherein a first degree of freedom is linear movement along a first axis orthogonal to the surrounding floor of the mill.

Method for detecting and removing buildup on a component, system and computer program
In a method for operating a system, a first vibration is imparted to a component of the system and the first vibration of the component is detected by a sensor. The sensor generates a sensor signal for transmission to a control device, which analyzes the sensor signal and determines whether a buildup is present on the component based upon the analysis of the sensor signal. A second vibration is imparted to the component to remove the buildup when the buildup has been detected.

This disclosure relates to a striking tool for use in a high velocity, high impact energy comminution mill. The tool comprises an elongate body attachable at a first end to the comminution mill, and further comprises a wear resistant element for improving the wear resistance of the striking tool. The wear resistant element comprises a plurality of individual units.
Crushing Plant
The invention relates to a crusher plant, in particular a jaw crusher, including a crushing unit for crushing mineral material, the crushing unit comprising a crushing chamber, to which a crusher outlet is assigned, via which crushed material exits the crushing chamber, at least one actuator being provided, by which the opening size of the crusher outlet is adjustable in the event of an overload situation in the crushing unit, in order to discharge faulty material from the crushing chamber, a belt conveyor being provided after the crusher outlet in the material conveying direction, faulty material being transportable by the belt conveyor from the crusher outlet, following an overload situation, toward a transfer end of the belt conveyor, a detection device being provided, by which the overload situation of the crushing unit or an operating change of the crushing unit brought about as a consequence of the overload situation is detected and an overload signal is then generated, and a control device controlling the belt conveyor and/or monitoring the faulty material transported on the belt conveyor by taking into account the overload signal. According to the invention, it is thus possible to restore the operational readiness of the crushing plant quickly and in a simple manner following the occurrence of an overload situation.
