Aggregate washing systems, methods and apparatus
Aggregate washing systems are described including mechanisms for slurrying, washing and/or dewatering aggregate material.
Particle detection device and particle detection method
The objective of the present invention is to provide a particle detection device and a particle detection method that can individually and continuously detect a wide range of particles. The objective is achieved by a particle detection device including: a particle separation channel through which particles are separated according to particle sizes in a perpendicular direction to the flow of fluid; and two or more particle recovery channels that are connected to and branched from the particle separation channel, in which each of the particle recovery channels includes a particle detection unit that includes an aperture and an electric detector.
Channel device and method for concentrating fine particles
Provided is a channel device that is capable of increasing the concentration of fine particles in a liquid only by use of fluid-dynamic flows without relying on electrostatic interactions. A channel device (1) in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main channel (11) configured to allow a liquid containing fine particles to flow therethrough; a chamber (15) that is provided at an end of the main channel (11) and that is configured to store target fine particles which have increased in concentration; and a side channel (12) that is connected to a side face of the main channel (11) and that is configured to allow unwanted liquid to drain therethrough, wherein at least one of a height and a width of the side channel (12) is smaller than a particle size of the fine particles.
CHIP TRANSFER APPARATUS
A chip transfer apparatus includes: a chip storage module in which a plurality of micro-semiconductor chips and a suspension including impurities are stored; a chip filtration module separating a first suspension including the plurality of micro-semiconductor chips and a second suspension including the impurities in the suspension; and a chip supply module configured to supply the first suspension onto the transfer substrate such that the first suspension is introduced from the chip filtration module and the plurality of micro-semiconductor chips are flowable on the transfer substrate.
AGGREGATE WASHING SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUS
Aggregate washing systems are described including mechanisms for slurrying, washing and/or dewatering aggregate material.
MATERIAL PROCESSING APPARATUS
An apparatus for the wet attrition of particulate material comprising an attrition scrubber; a dewatering screen comprising a deck and a sump beneath the deck, the dewatering screen being mounted upstream of the attrition scrubber whereby oversize material from a downstream end of the deck of the dewatering screen passes into the attrition scrubber; and a hydrocyclone wherein an underflow, containing a coarser fraction of the feed slurry, passes out of a lower outlet of the hydrocylone while an overflow, containing a finer fraction of the feed slurry and most of the water, passes out of an outlet at the upper end of the hydrocyclone, a pump being provided for pumping material from the sump of the dewatering screen to the inlet of the hydrocyclone, wherein the underflow from the hydrocyclone is passed into the attrition scrubber.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WASHING/CLEANING GRANULAR MATERIAL FROM SLAG AND WASHING/CLEANING BOTTOM/BOILER ASH FROM A THERMAL WASTE TREATMENT, AND MINERAL RESIDUE AND RECYCLING MATERIAL
The invention relates to a method for washing/cleaning granular material from slag and for washing/cleaning bottom/boiler ash from a thermal waste treatment. In the method, the granular material is added to a process liquid and is subjected to ultrasound therein. According to the invention, it is proposed that the process liquid is located in an upright cleaning channel with an upper feeding end and a lower extraction end, that the granular material is introduced into the cleaning channel from the feeding end, and moves downwards towards the extraction end due to the force of gravity, and is subjected to ultrasound during the sinking movement.
