COATING METHOD OF IMPLANT USING PARYLENE
The present disclosure relates to a coating method of implant using parylene, for coating a surface of a dental implant, including a pretreating step of pretreating the implant; and a coating step of coating a surface of the pretreated implant with a coating material to form a polymer coating layer, wherein the coating material is provided as parylene.
According to the present disclosure, a parylene thin film may be uniformly coated on the surface of the dental implant, and according to such a thin film, the growth of anaerobic bacteria can be effectively inhibited in spaces where the fixture and the upper structure of the dental implant are joined to each other, and where the upper structure and the crown are joined to each other.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MANUFACTURING METHOD
A pre-press process includes a first step for bonding a first end portion of each of a plurality of electronic component bodies to a bonding surface of a flat plate material disposed in a jig, a second step for moving the jig relative to a surface plate, a third step for bringing a second end portions of each of the plurality of electronic component bodies into contact with the surface plate while the flat plate material is in a softened state so that the flat plate material is deformed to align respective positions of end surfaces of the second end portions, a fourth step for curing the flat plate material, and then a fifth step for moving the jig relative to the surface plate to separate from the surface plate the plurality of electronic component bodies in which the respective positions of the end surfaces are aligned.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR APPLYING A SUBSTANCE TO A SPORTS BALL
The present invention surrounds the application of a substance to a sports ball, such as silica silylate, for the purposes of increasing grip and hydrophobicity. Disclosed are inventions surrounding the method, the system, and the apparatus for the treatment of a sports ball or other objects which a user desires to treat with a substance to achieve certain results in relation to the substance applied.
RUST-PROOFING TREATMENT METHOD, AND RUST-PROOFING-TREATED ARTICLE
The present invention relates to: a rust-proofing treatment method comprising the step of treating an object that comprises a metal or an alloy and is heated to a temperature higher than 180° C. or an object that has, formed on the surface thereof, a film or layer comprising a metal or an alloy and is heated to a temperature higher than 180° C. with an aqueous solution containing an inorganic acid or an inorganic salt, or comprising the step of treating an object comprising a metal or an alloy or an object having, formed on the surface thereof, a film or layer comprising a metal or an alloy with an aqueous solution containing at least one component selected from silicic acid, a silicic acid salt, phosphoric acid, a phosphoric acid salt, a monohydrogen phosphate salt, a dihydrogen phosphate salt and a zirconium salt; and an article characterized by being rust-proofing-treated by the rust-proofing treatment method.
Method for coating parts in a dip centrifugation process
A coating method for coating parts in a dip-spin process is provided. The parts to be coated are dipped into a coating liquid and then centrifuged in at least one planetary basket arrangement in a planetary centrifuge. The planetary centrifuge includes a main rotor rotating about a main rotor axis of rotation and at least one planetary basket arrangement rotates about its planetary axis of rotation. Also, the planetary axis of rotation is arranged eccentrically on the main rotor. The at least one planetary basket arrangement can include a plurality of planetary baskets rotatably arranged about the planetary rotation axis of the at least one planetary basket arrangement and the planetary basket arrangement is rotated during a centrifuging operation.
Gemstone coatings and methods of making and using the same
Disclosed herein are coated gemstones, coatings for gemstones, methods of coating gemstones, and methods of using coatings on gemstones to avoid blemishes on gemstones. In some embodiments, diamonds are functionalized with anchor molecules that bind hydrophilic cyclodextrin molecules to confer hydrophilicity on the diamond. In some embodiments, the diamonds resist dirt and grime build-up.
PENDULUM PAINTING ASSEMBLY
An assembly for decorating a plurality of objects, such as egg-shaped objects. The assembly has a support structure; a vessel for containing decorating material, with an dispensing opening at the bottom; a tether with a first tether end attached to the support structure and a second tether end attached to the vessel; and a substrate base for supporting the plurality of objects. The vessel is configured to swing freely over the objects on the substrate base to dispense the decorating material contained therein to the objects.
Method for producing coated contact lenses
The invention is generally related to a method for producing, in a consistent manner, contact lenses each having an intact durable coating thereon, wherein the coating is a hydrogel coating formed by covalently attached a hydrophilic polymeric material having azetidinium groups onto a base coating of a polyanionic polymer on a contact lens at a relatively low temperature (e.g., from about 40° C. to about 60° C.). The coating temperature for forming a durable hydrogel coating on top of the base coating of a contact lens can be significantly lowered by raising, in situ, the pH (to about 9.5 or higher) of a reactive coating solution which contains the hydrophilic polymeric material having azetidinium groups.
PARTICULATE SILICA SILYLATE KIT FOR TREATMENT OF SURFACES FOR HYDROPHOBICITY CHARACTERISTICS
The present invention provides a method and kit for the treatment of surfaces, such as the skin surface of a user, to impart hydrophobic characteristics upon the surface. The treatment of surfaces to impart hydrophobicity protects equipment, personnel, and animals from the effects of aqueous solutions such as water, toxic slurries, concrete, acids and bases.
Reactors for coating devices and related systems and methods
A reactor for coating a device is provided. The reactor comprises a hollow body and a port. The hollow body is for supporting the device. The port is in fluid communication with the hollow body for exchanging a coating fluid. In use, the device is moveable within the hollow body from a stacked orientation to an unstacked orientation. Processes for coating devices and systems thereof are also provided.
