The invention further relates to a surface heating device which is suitable in particular for heating a room, and also to a kit for producing a surface heating device on a wall. The invention relates, moreover, to uses of the subjects of the invention, especially for producing a surface heating device and, respectively, for heating a room, and to corresponding methods.
Method for coating a five-sided container with sag-resistant water-based coating compositions
The present invention provides a water-based coating and/or coating system used to form sag resistant wet layers or coatings on a wide range of substrates. The coating system is effective for protecting metal-containing substrates, such as intermodal cargo containers, against corrosion. As an overview, the present invention provides water-based compositions as primer coats on substrates, and methods for applying the same to substrates. The method includes steps of applying a water-based paint to the interior surfaces of a substrate and drying the substrate by continuously forcing heated air onto the substrate as it moves through a drying chamber. Desirably, the primer incorporates a high level of one or more CAS agents for excellent sag resistance while drying in a broad range of relative humidity environments. Alternatively, modifications can be made to control temperature and humidity during spray application and drying as a way to increase sag resistance of the coating.
AQUEOUS PRIMER COATING
The present invention relates to novel coatings which are applied from an aqueous phase to substrates such as plastics, and which are overlaid with other coatings. These coatings are characterized by particularly good adhesive strength, in particular on plastics, and are thus particularly commercial.
COATED MICRONEEDLE WITH MULTILAYER STRUCTURE, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND MICRONEEDLE PATCH COMPRISING COATED MICRONEEDLE
The present application discloses a coated microneedle with a multilayer structure, including a base, a needle tip on the base, and a functional coating. The functional coating includes a content including a water-soluble polymer material and an active ingredient, and a sustained-release layer wrapping the content. The sustained-release layer covers the needle tip. The coated microneedle can prevent a drug-containing matrix from being quickly dissolved and dispersed, prevent the active ingredient from exuding along with tissues at an action site, and increase the drug intake. The present application further discloses a method for preparing the coated microneedle and a microneedle patch including the coated microneedle.
Vehicle Protected with Peelable Protective Film
A vehicle protected with a peelable protective film having excellent moisture impermeability and moderate adhesion over a long period of time is provided. The vehicle includes a metal structure, a paint film formed on the metal structure, and a peelable protective film formed on the paint film, and the peelable protective film contains a resin and plate-like metal fillers.
PROCESS OF COATING WOOD
The present invention relates to a process of coating wood with at least two waterbased coating compositions the process comprising: a) applying a coating composition A comprising at least one anionic polymer A with a Hansch parameter ≤1.6, and drying or allowing to dry said aqueous coating composition A, b) applying a coating composition B comprising at least one anionic polymer B with a Hansch parameter ≥1.7 and pigment, and drying or allowing to dry said aqueous coating composition B, with the proviso that the difference of the Hansch Parameters of anionic polymer B and anionic polymer A is at least 0.5. The invention also relates to wood coated accordingly, and the use of a coating composition A, comprising an aqueous anionic polymer A with a Hansch parameter ≤1.6, as an undercoat for coating wood.
Method for forming multilayer coating film
A multilayer coating film forming method to form a multilayer coating film having a glittering appearance. Forming a multilayer coating film by sequentially applying, on top of a base material, a first base coating material, a second base coating material, and a clear coating material in a wet-on-wet process, wherein: the first base coating material is a transparent or colored coating material; the second coating material contains a flaky lustrous pigment; the amount of flaky lustrous pigment being 10-60 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of resin solid content in the second base coating material, and the concentration of solids in the coating falls being 5-20 mass % with respect to the total mass of the second base coating material; and the thickness of a coating film obtained from the second base coating material falls being 1-8 μm on the basis of the coating film when cured.
Wood treatment method
Disclosed is a method for treating a grained material. A nonlimiting example of the method includes the operations of providing a workpiece having grains, exasperating a surface of the workpiece to open the grains, applying at least one coat of a base paint to the exasperated surface, applying at least one layer of clear coat on the base paint, applying at least one of a glaze and a paint on the clear coat, and surface treating to reveal grains of the workpiece. Disclosed also are items of furniture and sheet materials treated by the aforementioned process.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMER MEMBER
To suppress peeling off of a polymer coating in a polymer member formed to have the polymer coating provided on a surface of a polymer shaped object, performed are: a curing step of causing a curable composition to be cured by energy rays to prepare the polymer shaped object; a coating step of forming the polymer coating on the polymer shaped object; and a post-curing step of irradiating the polymer shaped object with the energy rays after the coating step, wherein, in the curing step, the polymer shaped object in which a reactive functional group is left is prepared.
