Cleaning apparatus and cleaning method for press rolls for electrodes
The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning press rolls for electrodes, comprising two or more cleaning units provided with cleaning members having grains. According to the present invention, the apparatus for cleaning press rolls for electrodes comprises a plurality of, i.e., two or more, cleaning units, wherein the cleaning units respectively comprise cleaning members having grains with different directions, thus allowing a residual cleaning solution and contaminants to be effectively removed. In addition, when press rolls are cleaned using the apparatus for cleaning press rolls according to the present invention, an aqueous cleaning solution and an alcoholic cleaning solution, which have different properties, can be used together, and after cleaning, the cleaning solutions do not remain on the press rolls, and thus subsequently, secondary contamination of electrodes is prevented, and accordingly, when electrodes are manufactured, the occurrence of defects in the electrodes can be reduced.
Cavity Cleaning and Coating System
A cavity cleaning and coating system for safely and efficiently cleaning and coating the interior of a cavity without requiring entry of any workers. The cavity cleaning and coating system generally includes a mount which is coupled with a movable arm of a vehicle. The mount includes an inner plate, which is coupled to the arm, and an outer plate. A shaft is coupled to the outer plate. The mount is adjustable independently of the arm of the vehicle, including outwardly, inwardly, and rotatably. A spray head is connected to the shaft. The spray head is rotatable and includes a dispenser for dispensing fluids. The vehicle is positioned near a cavity to be treated. The mount is adjusted for optimal positioning of the spray head. The spray head is lowered into the cavity to dispense a cleaning fluid and, after the cleaning fluid has dried, a coating fluid.
REDUCING SURFACE AND BULK CONTAMINATION IN PLASTIC
The present invention generally relates to a method of reducing contamination from plastics. The resulting purer plastic can be used in demanding applications.
Apparatus for cleaning semiconductor substrates
An apparatus for cleaning semiconductor substrates including a chamber, a chuck, a liquid collector, an enclosing wall, at least one driving mechanism, at least one internal dispenser, and at least one external dispenser. The chamber has a top wall, a side wall and a bottom wall. The chuck is disposed in the chamber. The liquid collector surrounds the chuck. The enclosing wall surrounds the liquid collector. The driving mechanism drives the enclosing wall to move up and down, wherein when the enclosing wall is driven to move up, a seal room is formed by the liquid collector, the enclosing wall, the top wall and bottom wall of the chamber. The internal dispenser is disposed inside the seal room. The external dispenser is disposed outside the seal room and capable of getting in and out of the seal room after the enclosing wall is driven to move down.
SENSOR
The invention provides a sensor, which includes a sensing surface; a housing including a recess, the sensing surface is located at the bottom of the recess, and the recess includes at least one side wall and an opening circumferentially surrounding the sensing surface. A compressed fluid nozzle is provided in the at least one side wall to nozzle compressed fluid from the compressed fluid nozzle to force the substance on the sensing surface to leave from the opening. This design makes it possible to refresh in situ with good efficiency without involving additional mechanical parts, thus reducing the risk of sensing surface damage, such as scratch wear, in the presence of wear particles.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VEHICLE CAMERA OBSTRUCTION DETECTION
A system such as an autonomous vehicle’s perception system will identify and classify an obstruction in a field of view of an image capturing device. The system will receive a sequence of image frames from the image capturing device. For each of the image frames, the system will segment the image frame into a regions of interest (ROIs), and the system will use a classifier to assign a classification to each ROI. The classification indicates whether the ROI is clear or obstructed. The system will aggregate the classifications for each ROI to determine an aggregate classification. When an obstructed classification persists for a threshold number of image frames, the system will classify the image capturing device as obstructed, and it will generate a function request that, when executed, will cause a system of which the image capturing device is a component to perform a function.
Reducing surface and bulk contamination in plastic
The present invention generally relates to a method of reducing contamination from plastics. The resulting purer plastic can be used in demanding applications.
Ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and ultrasonic cleaning system
An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus capable of cleaning large-sized objects includes: a casing having a bottom surface that forms a tilted surface to oppose the object to be cleaned and having an ultrasonic transducer provided at an inner lower surface; a cleaning liquid supply device configured to supply cleaning liquid to a casing bottom surface; and a flow-speed accelerator that ejects the cleaning liquid by accelerating the flow speed of the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid supply device. The casing is formed by a main body including an upper plate, a projected part attached to a lower part of the upper plate, an outer lateral face extended from the projected part in a downward direction, and the bottom surface connected integrally at a lower end part of the outer lateral face. The bottom surface is formed to be tilted at a prescribed angle with respect to a horizontal plane.

The spray head is lowered into the cavity to dispense a cleaning fluid and, after the cleaning fluid has dried, a coating fluid.
CLEANING DEVICE AND CLEANING METHOD
A cleaning device includes: a substrate rotation mechanism that holds and rotates a substrate around center axis thereof; a first single-tube nozzle that discharges first cleaning liquid toward a top surface of the substrate; and a second single-tube nozzle that discharges second cleaning liquid toward the top surface of the substrate. The first single-tube nozzle and the second single-tube nozzle are disposed such that the second single-tube nozzle discharges the second cleaning liquid in a forward direction of a rotation direction of the substrate at a position farther away from the center of the substrate than a landing position of the first cleaning liquid, and a part is generated in which liquid flow on the top surface of the substrate after landing of the first cleaning liquid and liquid flow on the top surface of the substrate after landing of the second cleaning liquid are combined.
