A connection structure includes a multi-thread coil formed by winding first metal element wires formed of a first metal and second metal element wires formed of a second metal arranged between a first metal body including the first metal and a second metal body including the second metal. The first metal body is connected to the first metal element wires of the multi-thread coil, and the second metal body is connected to the second metal element wires of the multi-thread coil. The connection structure imparts improved flexibility to the connection between the first and second metal bodies, and an appropriate connection can be provided even when the first and second metal bodies are made of dissimilar metals.

Method for manufacturing a rotor shaft and rotor shaft

A method for manufacturing a rotor shaft for an electrical aggregate, including providing a pin having a shaft plug-in, in particular a cylindrical shaft plug-in; producing a hollow rotor shaft body being open at least at a first end for receiving the pin and in form of a rotary body, where an oversize exists between at least one outer surface of the shaft plug-in and at least one inner surface of the rotor shaft body; and inserting the shaft plug-in into the rotor shaft body for fastening the pin to the rotor shaft body for finishing the rotor shaft, such that the process and operation of manufacturing a rotor shaft is simplified while at the same time reducing costs and material waste, and to produce a rotor shaft that can withstand high loads and transmit high torques.

A piston and piston rod assembly includes a piston rod having a first portion and a smaller second portion extending from the first portion. The second portion has a circumferential groove that receives at least one sealing ring or O-ring located between the first portion and the free end of the second portion. A piston has an aperture extending between two ends, with the top open end having a larger diameter than the bottom open end. The second portion of the piston rod is inserted through the aperture of the piston so that the free end of the second portion emerges through the top open end of the piston and compresses the at least one sealing ring or O-ring with the inner surface of the piston. The free end of the second portion of the piston rod is cold-worked to overlie at least a portion of the top open end of the piston.

Steering rod for turbochargers and method for making it

Steering rod for connecting an actuator to a turbocharger drive member, comprising an elongated main body (2), which extends between a first end (5) equipped with a first through-hole (7), and a second end (6) equipped with a second through-hole (8), and two bushings (3), (4) immovably mounted in the through-holes (7), (8), wherein the bushings (3), (4) are made of a material which has a greater resistance to mechanical wear than the material delimiting the through-holes (7), (8), and wherein each bushing (3) (4) has an outer surface that is in contact with an inner part of the through-hole (7), (8) and has a radial recess (9), the second material tightening the bushing (3), (4) preventing it from rotating and filling the recess (9) preventing the bushing (3), (4) from being extracted from the second through-hole (7), (8).

Heat sink structure and manufacturing method thereof

A heat sink structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat sink includes a main body and multiple radiating fins each having a folded root section. The main body has multiple connection channels formed on a circumference of the main body. The multiple radiating fins are placed in a mold. A mechanical processing measure is used to high-speed impact the main body so as to thrust the main body into the mold. Accordingly, the folded root sections of the radiating fins are relatively high-speed thrust into the connection channels of the main body to tightly integrally connect with the main body.
