POWER TOOL AND ELECTRIC PIPE CUTTER
A power tool includes a casing, a cutting unit, a transmission device, and a toggle switch. The casing includes a support portion. The cutting unit is used for cutting a target object and moving between a first position and a second position relative to the support portion. The toggle switch includes at least a third position and a fourth position. When the toggle switch is at the third position, the cutting unit performs a first motion: the cutting unit moves from the second position to the first position. When the toggle switch is at the fourth position, the cutting unit performs a second motion: the cutting unit moves from the first position to the second position. A speed at which the cutting unit performs the second motion is greater than a speed at which the cutting unit performs the first motion.
Compression or cutting tool and method for operating a compression or cutting tool
A working head (1) for a compression or cutting tool (100) comprises a connecting portion (3) for a removable connection of the working head (1) with an actuation part (2) of the tool (100), two jaws (4) movable between an open position and a closed position to perform the compression or cutting, and a local storage (6) configured for storing one or more cumulative data representative of a stress history of the jaws (4), wherein the local storage (6) is fixed to the working head (1).
CUTTING OF SOFT METALS WITH THE AID OF ULTRASOUND
Method for cutting soft metals, comprising the use of a cutting tool capable of being set in motion by ultrasonic vibration. The method is employed for cutting components used in the manufacture of an electrochemical storage device, for example, a lithium battery. These components include the anodes, the cathodes, the solid electrolytes, the current collectors and the separators. The method is also employed in a system for manufacturing and/or characterizing an electrochemical storage device.

MOVABLE DUST COLLECTION DEVICE
A movable dust collection device includes a processing table, a processing machine, and a collection unit. By the movable suction box, the dust, small parts and debris under the processing gun can be directly sucked and collected. The control unit controls the motor to drive the driving wheels to move the suction box beyond the processing table, which facilitates the cleaning of the small parts and debris, and improves the shortcoming of lifting the entire collection board for cleaning in the prior art.

Scrap Trimming and Sizing Method
A method of trimming and sizing a metal piece. A trimming and sizing apparatus including a travel way, at least one cutting torch assembly having a trimming cutting torch and sectioning cutting torch, and at least one table. A substantially rectangular metal piece is placed on the table. The cutting assembly is traversed along the travel way and the trimming cutting torch makes a longitudinal cut in the metal piece creating a scrap piece. Simultaneously with the cutting of the scrap piece by the trimming cutting torch, the sectioning cutting torch is rotated in an arc around the trimming cutting torch such that the sectioning cutting torch is simultaneously moved in the longitudinal direction and in an arc around the trimming cutting torch creating a cut in the scrap piece such that a sized scrap piece having a desired length/weight is completely removed from the scrap piece.
Wire harness manufacturing system
A wire harness manufacturing system includes a display unit, a wire cutting machine that draws an electric wire from a wire feed reel and cuts the electric wire to a predetermined length, a control unit that directs the display unit to display a wire laying image and wire work identification information for identifying a work regarding each electric wire, the wire laying image including a plurality of wire images showing the plurality of electric wire in the laid state and the wire work identification information being displayed in the vicinity of the corresponding wire image, and a memory unit that stores the wire laying image and work instruction information so as to correspond to the wire work identification information, the work instruction information including cut length of the electric wire. The control unit sends the cut length information to the wire cutting machine.
Metal processing apparatus and method for forming off-set dimples in metal sheets
A metal processing apparatus comprising: (i) a first tool portion including a first carrier, a cutting surface, a first plurality of dimple forming elements; (ii) a second tool portion including a second carrier, in opposing relation to the first tool portion, the second tool portion having a blade or adapted to receive the blade which is adapted to contact the cutting surface for cutting an edge of a metal sheet to form a cut edge in the metal sheet, a second plurality of dimple forming elements; and (iii) a dimpler indexer to index the first plurality of dimple forming from a first pre-determined location to a second pre-determined location. The metal processing apparatus may find particular use in creating dimples along one or more cut edges of a metal sheet to allow for stacking of the metal sheets with an airgap therebetween.
