METHOD FOR MACHINING A TOOTHING, A MACHINING TOOL, AND A MACHINE TOOL
The invention relates to a method for machining a toothing that is chamfered on a tooth head front edge, in which a material projection resulting on said tooth head front edge chamfer, caused by chamfer formation on a tooth front edge of the toothing by means of plastic deformation, and/or caused by removing a primary/secondary burr produced on said end face during production of the toothing and, if applicable, formation of the tooth front edge chamfer, is removed in a rotational operation by a machining procedure with a machining tool that has a cutting edge.
Filing and fastener driving bit assembly
A filing and fastener driving bit assembly for deburring the end of a pipe includes a shaft that has a first end and a second end. A first section of the shaft that is positioned adjacent to the first end is hexagonally shaped. The first section is insertable into a chuck of a rotary tool to couple the shaft to the rotary tool. A second section of the shaft that is positioned between the first section and a second end of the shaft is textured. The second section is used to file an edge of a tubular substrate, such as Electrical Metallic Tubing, as the shaft is rotated by the rotary tool. A screwdriver tip that is coupled to the second end of the shaft is insertable into a complementary head of a fastener, positioning a user to utilize the rotary tool to drive the fastener.

Highly efficient, anti-vibration, durable rotating file with variable pitch
The present disclosure relates to a rotary burs with variable pitch. The file is made up of a cutter head (1) and a cutter handle (2). The cutter head is connected with the cutter handle. Multiple groups of cutter teeth are distributed on the cutter head. Each group of cutter teeth can be mixed cutter teeth, and can also be a single cutter tooth. The mixed cutter teeth are respectively a group of cutter teeth composed of a large tooth (3), a medium tooth (4) and a fine tooth (5) sequentially arranged, and can also be a group of mixed cutter teeth formed by combining any two of a large tooth, a medium tooth and a fine tooth.
File handle
A file handle has a body, a ferrule, a clamping assembly, and a cap. The body has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The ferrule is assembled at the first assembling end of the body. The clamping assembly is movably mounted in the body and has two clamping portions and a threaded hole. The two clamping portions extend through the ferrule. The two clamping portions are subjected to an elastic force and oppositely separated from each other. The threaded hole is adjacent to the second assembling end of the body. The cap is rotatably assembled at the second assembling end of the body and has a screwing stick screwed in the threaded hole. Because the space between the two clamping portions can be adjusted by turning the cap, a user can clamp a tang of a file blade by the file handle.
