METHOD FOR GRIPPING CONSTANT-VELOCITY UNIVERSAL JOINT COMPONENT
Provided is a gripping method including: a phase matching step of matching tool relief grooves of a contact metal member and track grooves of a constant velocity universal joint component with each other in phase; a measuring step of measuring phase differences between the track grooves of the constant velocity universal joint component and a female spline of the constant velocity universal joint component; a matching step of matching, based on a result of the measuring step, a stopper with a recessed portion of the female spline having the smallest phase difference and gripping the constant velocity universal joint component by a collet chuck. Under a state in which the constant velocity universal joint component is gripped by the collet chuck, the contact metal member holds the constant velocity universal joint component.
Rivet fastener apparatus
A method and rivet apparatus to rivet a workpiece comprises an upper riveting portion and a lower riveting portion. The lower riveting portion comprising a fixed base, support member, and a pin assembly. The pin assembly comprises a center pin, a forming pin, a first biasing member, an outer shroud, and a second biasing member. The center pin pushes against a tail of a rivet to deform the tail of the rivet. The forming pin, fixedly coupled to the support member, pushes against the tail of the rivet to deform the tail of the rivet. The first biasing member, disposed below the center pin, biases the center pin through the forming pin and away from the support member. The outer shroud encircles the forming pin and the center pin. The second biasing member, disposed below the outer shroud, biases the outer shroud away from the support member.
Scraper for scraping a surface of a machine tool having a wear-indicating device
The present invention relates to a scraper (14) for scraping a surface of a machine tool having a wear-indicating device (18, 20, 24, 30) for the scraper lip (16) of the scraper. At least one signal line (18) is embedded in the scraper lip (16) in such a manner that, upon reaching the wear limit (G), at least one section of the signal line (18) is exposed.
Contact monitoring on a spindle of a machine tool
The invention relates to a device for monitoring the contact of a workpiece (1) or tool on a spindle (2) of a machine tool, which device has a contact surface (3) for the workpiece (1) or tool. At least one measurement nozzle (4) is arranged in the region of the contact surface in order to produce a fluid flow directed away from the contact surface (3). Upstream of the measurement nozzle, the fluid flow is conducted through a vacuum nozzle, which can comprise a jet nozzle (7c) and a collector nozzle (7b). When the fluid medium flows through the vacuum nozzle, the vacuum nozzle produces a negative pressure in a negative pressure chamber (9c). A pressure sensor (6) or pressure switch senses a measurement pressure (p3) in the negative pressure chamber.
MACHINE TOOL
In order to provide an operating method for a machine tool and to propose a system which enables the monitoring of the installation, position and the like of tools in a respective machine without the need for major construction work, the disclosure proposes a system for assigning tools mounted on rams to an installation position on a machine, which consists of a writable RFID chip with a transponder, memory and passive digital inputs positioned on the ram, and an electrically switchable contact panel positioned at a connection position of the machine, whereby the contacts of the contact panel can make contact with the digital inputs and the RFID chip transmits at least one identifier and the assignment of the digital inputs during a query process.
Processing apparatus
A processing apparatus includes a chuck table having a holding surface for holding a workpiece; a horizontal moving mechanism that moves the chuck table in a horizontal direction and is supplied with a first oil; and a vertical moving mechanism that moves a processing unit in a vertical direction and is supplied with a second oil. Before mounting the workpiece on the holding surface, the holding surface is imaged by a camera while being irradiated with light, and it is examined whether or not the picked-up image is emitting light. If there is a light-emitting part in the picked-up image, it is determined that oil is adhered to the light-emitting part.
ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINE
An electrical discharge machine which is less likely to be used in a high risk state. This electrical discharge machine is provided with an intra-setting modification display control unit that, when a risk level corresponding to a setting content directed by a user is higher than or equal to an alert-causing threshold value, displays an intra-setting modification alert-causing display, and a post-setting modification display control unit that, if the state in which the risk level is higher than or equal to the alert threshold value continues, displays a post-setting modification alert-causing display at predetermined time intervals.

MACHINE TOOL AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A machine tool that visualizes the state of a ball screw in an easy-to-understand way includes a detector that detects at least one sensed value among vibrations, sound, and a current, heat, light, and power value applied to drive a ball screw during warming-up, a feature amount extractor that extracts a first feature amount and a second feature amount from the sensed value obtained by the detector, and a display that displays a point plotting the sensed value, and at least two boundaries laid out like contour lines to represent the possibility of generation of an anomaly in the ball screw, on a plane having a first axis defined by numerical values regarding the first feature amount and a second axis defined by numerical values regarding the second feature amount.
Control device, calculation device, and control method
A wire electrical discharge machine acquires measured dimensions of a test workpiece that has been machined with a wire electrode inclined at a given angle with respect to a running direction in which the wire electrode runs; and calculates, based on the measured dimensions, first actual information indicating an actual holding position at which the wire electrode is actually held at a first die guide for guiding the wire electrode to a workpiece, and second actual information indicating an actual holding position at which the wire electrode is actually held at a second die guide for guiding the wire electrode sent from the workpiece, and, when necessary, the wire electrical discharge machine rewrites first information and second information stored in a storage unit to the calculated first actual information and second actual information.
