Mounting system for tool for machining circumferential interior surface of turbomachine casing
A mounting system for a tool for machining a half-shell casing of a turbomachine is disclosed. The mounting system includes a base frame including a mounting element configured to fixedly mount the base frame to the half-shell casing, wherein the base frame spans at least a portion of the half-shell casing. A tool mount includes a first end pivotally coupled to the base frame to pivot about a pivot axis that is substantially parallel relative to an axis of the half-shell casing, and a second end configured to couple to and position the tool for machining the half-shell casing.
Workpiece picking device
A picking device for picking up plate-like or pillar-shaped workpieces one at a time from the top of the workpieces stacked in the vertical direction, the workpiece picking device including: a chuck including a plurality of gripping claws arranged around a topmost workpiece, the plurality of gripping claws configured to grip a side surface of the topmost workpiece, the chuck being movable in a vertical direction; and an air blowing circuit provided inside at least one of the gripping claws, including a blowing port having an opening toward a second workpiece, the air blowing circuit configured to blow air downward from the blowing port.
Machining device
A machining device is adapted to be provided on a mount provided with a toolholder. The toolholder is controllable to rotate and is adapted to be engaged with a tool. A primary coil engaged with the toolholder includes a first ferrite core and a first coil assembly detachably engaged with the first ferrite core. The first coil assembly is modular molded, and is adhered to be an annular body having a first hollow portion. A piezoelectric actuator is electrically connected to the primary coil to drive the tool to vibrate. The secondary coil includes a second ferrite core and a second coil assembly detachably engaged with the second ferrite core. The second coil assembly is modular molded to be an annular body having a second hollow portion.
