The present invention relates to a sander, and a method for disassembling or installing a working head of the sander. The sander includes: a main body, including a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, a switch mechanism for controlling the motor includes a switch, and a drive component driven by the motor to rotate; and a working head adapted to the drive component. The main body further includes an interlocking mechanism, the interlocking mechanism includes an operation member movably disposed relative to the housing, the operation member is operably shifted between a first state and a second state, when the operation member is in the first state, the interlocking mechanism allows the switch to be triggered, when the switch is in a triggered state, the operation member is prevented from being shifted from the first state to the second state; and when the operation member is in the second state, the interlocking mechanism prevents the switch from being triggered. The sanding machine of the present invention has high security and can be operated conveniently.

Backing pad, orbital sander or polisher with such a backing pad, and sheet-like sanding or polishing member for releasable attachment to such a backing pad
The invention refers to a backing pad (100) for use with a hand-held or hand-guided orbital sander (10) or polisher. The backing pad (100) has a planar extension and an essentially triangular form comprising a triangular region (102), with a top surface for releasable attachment of the backing pad (100) to the sander (10) or polisher and with a bottom surface for releasable attachment of a sheet-like sanding or polishing member (132) to the backing pad (100). In order to provide for a possibility to sand or polish surfaces within narrow, cramped, tight, twisty and crooked spaces with a sander (10) or polisher having an essentially triangular backing pad (100), it is suggested that the backing pad (100) comprises at least at one of the three corners (104) of the triangular region (102) a protrusion (108) extending in the plane of the planar extension of the backing pad (100) and projecting laterally beyond the triangular region (102).
ANGLE GRIND COATING APPARATUS AND A METHOD THEREOF
An angle grind coating apparatus and method for providing a coating onto materials is described. The angle grind coating apparatus comprising workpiece holder (102) assembled for holding tool material (104) and is assembled over base (106) provided over a fixture (108). The workpiece holder (102) has a spring assembly (110) to apply an upward thrust force to the tool material (104) and a grinding wheel (114) is mounted perpendicular to the workpiece holder (102) to enable grinding of the tool material (104) fixed in front and just below the grinding wheel (114) to align the fixture (108) with the grinding wheel (114). The angle grind coating apparatus comprises an angle grinder (116) to enable rotation of the grinding wheel (114) over the tool material (104) at a predefined Rotations Per Minute (RPM), such that rotation of the grinding wheel (114) generates a stream of swarf particles (118) from the workpiece/tool material 104 and are deposited over a target surface fixed (120) at a pre-set standoff distance from the angle grind coating apparatus.

BELT SANDER
A belt sander includes a main casing, a frame arm rotatably connected to the main casing, an abrasive belt mounted to the frame arm and adapted to be driven by electric power, a positioning member, a first sensor and a second sensor. The positioning member is movably mounted to the main casing and is movable relative to the main casing between a releasing position, where the first and second sensors are in a first sensor state, and where the second sensor generates a first signal for ceasing the electric power, and a first engaging position, where the first and second sensors are in the second sensor state, and where the second sensor generates a second signal for conducting the electric power.
Dust collector
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion. When the communication portion receives an interlock command transmitted from an electric working machine, the interlock operation control portion makes the dust collection portion operate interlocking with the electric working machine. The interlock operation control portion includes a storage portion, in which identification information specific to the electric working machine with which the dust collection portion is to be made to perform the interlock operation is stored.
