Sawmill
A portable sawmill which has an elongate central portion, at least one hinged foldable extension portion, laminated rails, detachable axle/wheel combinations, a tow bar, and adjustable legs. Spacers are received between each rail and the respective support structure for both the central portion and the extension portion, including one spacer a first portion of which is disposed between and attached to each rail and support structure of one of the central portion and the extension portion and a second portion of which is slidingly receivable between each rail and support structure of the other of the central portion and the extension portion as the extension is unfolded for use. A pull cable, when an actuation lever is engaged, effects pivotal movement of a cam to which another pull cable is attached for actuating the engine throttle for cutting wood. At least one other pull cable or other actuation member is attached to the cam to actuate at least one other device upon the actuation of the throttle.
Portable Sawmill With Folding Bed
A sawmill assembly includes a bed and a carriage. The bed has a pair of substantially parallel rails, and the carriage is movably supported along the rails. The bed includes an extension bed member pivotably attached to a main bed member with a combination bunk/hinge to allow an operator to fold the bed between an extended in use position and a stowed position for transporting the sawmill assembly to or from a work site with a tow vehicle.

PORTABLE SAWMILL
A portable sawmill has an elongate central portion, at least one hinged foldable extension portion, laminated rails, and a tow bar. An elongate tubular axle retaining member is mounted to the base. A pair of torsion axles, to which wheels and tires are attached, are received telescopically in opposite ends respectively of the axle retaining member and detachably attached thereto. A plurality of legs are attached to the base. The legs are height-adjustable to raise the base to a height such that the tires are raised above the ground so that the axles with the attached wheels may be removed.
LUMBER BOARD CUTTING APPARATUS HAVING LUMBER BOARD GRIPPER
A lumber board cutting apparatus including a housing, an infeed drive, an outfeed drive, a lumber board cutter, and a lumber board gripper including a gripper arm, a lumber board mover connected to the gripper arm, and a lumber board clamper connected to the gripper arm.
Timber processing system and method
A timber processing system includes a frame including a mount for attaching to a skid steer, tractor, excavator, or the like; and a grapple attached to the frame for moving timber pieces into place for cutting by a saw.

METHOD FOR PROCESSING FLAT WORKPIECES
A method for processing plate-shaped workpieces, in particular made of wood or wood substitute materials, having the following steps: providing a large-format plate, in particular made of wood or wood substitute materials, and supplying the large-format plate to an isolation station; isolating plate-shaped workpieces by dividing the provided large-format plate in the isolation station, in that cuts are made, here, in the large-format plate by at least one isolation unit; supplying the workpieces, thus isolated, to at least one downstream machining station, in order to finish the plate-shaped workpiece. At least a portion of each isolated workpiece receives, from the isolation unit, an alignment portion for engagement of gripping elements and/or for making reference drilled holes. The workpiece provided with the alignment portion is received by means of a gripping element, an engagement element or an acquisition element engaging on the alignment portion, following the separation of said workpiece.
LOG DOG AND ADJUSTABLE LOG DOG SET BAR ASSEMBLY
The present subject matter relates to a log dog, a kit thereof, a set bar assembly, and a log bed with the log dog and set bar assembly. The log dog includes a rod with a groove, and a head block with a cylindrical cavity for receiving the groove and with a bore extending through the sidewall. A pin extends through the bore to the cylindrical cavity for rotatable engagement with the groove to releasably hold the head block to the rod. The set bar assembly includes a pair of mounting brackets with a holder having lower and upper sections. A support bar is secured between the mounting brackets and a pivot arm extends from the support bar. The set bar assembly includes a stop bar received in the holder, wherein moving the stop bar between the lower and upper sections of the holder lowers and raises the pivot arm.
Multi-length bucking attachment
A bucking apparatus to be used in conjunction with a loader and topping saw that are mounted to a logging platform or trailer. The bucking apparatus is attached to the loader and includes a plurality of hatches. The hatches can be adjusted for different lengths so that different length logs can be cut when eliminating faults from the trees. The hatches of the bucking apparatus are measured to be particular distances from the topping saw and so, when a tree is pulled through the topping saw with the loader, the end being held can be aligned with one of the hatches, and then the saw can be engaged thus creating a log of the particular length.
