Composite molded article having two-layer structure
The present invention has an object of providing a molded article of a composite structure obtained by bonding a polar thermoplastic resin, especially polyacetal, with another resin in a simple manner. According to the present invention, a molded article of a composite structure obtained by bonding a polar thermoplastic resin and a resin containing an aliphatic ester structure as a main component to each other in the state where at least a face at which both of the materials contact each other is in a melted state can be provided.
Integral Plastic Ball Valve For Fluid Transmission And Manufacturing Process
The inventive concept discloses a completely integral ball valve manufactured by an injection molding process. The device comprises a valve core, a valve housing, a valve control handle, and inlet/outlet flow pipes, all forming an integral structure. The valve core is the primary component of the ball valve, and is comprised of a spherical enclosure, a valve ball, left and right leakage seal rings, a spherical enclosure cap, a valve stem affixed to the valve ball, and a valve handle. The valve core, valve housing, and left and right intake/outflow pipes are integrally assembled by injection molding. The injection molding process gives the ball valve higher flexion strength and greater durability as compared to the typical sweat soldering process. Precisely dimensioned mold sections ensure the accuracy of dimensions, fittings, and tolerances of the ball valve components during the injection molding. Primary materials used are polypropylene and high-density polyethylene
Clamp for gripping a hollow body such as a container preform or a container
Clamp (9) for gripping a hollow body (2), which includes a clamp body (12), a pair of jaws (13) mounted articulated relative to the clamp body (12) around respective axes (A1, A2) of rotation that are parallel, and a magnetic return device (17) of the jaws (13), including a pair of magnets (18, 19) in magnetic opposition, with magnetic axes that are parallel to the axes of rotation of the jaws (13), able to draw, by opening or by closing, the clamp (9), thus having two stable positions, open and closed, in which the magnets (18, 19) are off-axis.
CLAMP FOR GRIPPING A HOLLOW BODY SUCH AS A CONTAINER PREFORM OR A CONTAINER

METHOD OF OVERMOULDING TOP MOUNTED SEAL PLUG CAVITIES
A method includes providing a mold defining a mold cavity for receiving material to be molded into a molded part, positioning an insert at least partially in the mold such that a portion of the insert defines a portion of the mold cavity, and injecting the material into the mold cavity to substantially fill the mold cavity to form the molded part. The molded par can then be removed from the mold and the insert can be removed from the molded part. The mold can include silicone and the insert can include polyoxymethylene.
