Integrally blow-moulded bag-in-container having an inner layer and the outer layer made of the same material and preform for making it
An integrally blow-moulded bag-in-container has as integrally blow-moulded bag-in-container wherein the same polymer is in contact on either side of the interface between the inner and outer layers. A preform for blow-moulding a bag-in-container has an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein the preform forms a two-layer container upon blow-moulding, and wherein the thus obtained inner layer of the container releases from the thus obtained outer layer upon introduction of a gas at a point of interface between the two layers. The inner and outer layers are of the same material.
Film to hold a metal layer, metallic decorative sheet intermediate product, metallic decorative sheet, extruded laminate product, metallic molded product, injection molded product, method for producing a metallic molded product, method for producing injection molded product, and method for producing an extruded laminate product
An objective of the present invention is to provide a film to hold a metal layer, a metallic decorative sheet intermediate product, a metallic decorative sheet, a metallic molded product, and a method for producing a metallic molded product which prevent the occurrence of the whitening phenomena or the like of the metallic molded product which occur during production of the metallic molded products by using a metallic decorative sheet, as well as enables molding in a wider temperature range. A film to hold a metal layer comprises a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 230? C. to 250? C. is provided, wherein the film to hold a metal layer has transparency.
Overmolded seal member
A seal member is provided that may prevent fluids from leaking from a drinking bottle, such as a reusable water bottle. The seal member may be overmolded into a lid of the bottle such that the seal chemically and mechanically bonds to the lid. Overmolding the seal member eliminates gaps that could form between the seal and the lid, thus enhancing the cleanability of the seal member and the lid.
Composition and method to form a composite core material
A composite core material and methods for making same are disclosed herein. The composite core material comprises mineral filler discontinuous portions disposed in a continuous encapsulating resin. Further, the method for forming a composite core material comprises the steps of forming a mixture comprising mineral filler, an encapsulating prepolymer, and a polymerization catalyst; disposing the mixture onto a moving belt; and polymerizing said encapsulating prepolymer to form a composite core material comprising mineral filler discontinuous portions disposed in a continuous encapsulating resin.
EXCLUSION DEVICE COVERS AND RELATED METHODS
Exclusion devices for anatomical structures, and related instruments and related methods, are disclosed. An exemplary method of making an exclusion device for an anatomical structure may comprise assembling a clamping portion of an exclusion device comprising a beam and a biocompatible fabric cover, and securing the cover on the beam by ultrasonic welding a first portion of the cover to a second portion of the cover.
Method of making zipper pouch
Provided is a process for preparing a zipper pouch, wherein the process comprises: A) forming a first laminate by a process comprising i) bringing together a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component to form an adhesive composition, ii) applying a layer of the adhesive composition to a layer of polyethylene terephthalate, iii) then contacting the layer of the adhesive composition with a layer of polyethylene having thickness of 80 micrometer or more; B) contacting a polymeric zipper construction to the first laminate at temperature of 200 C or higher. Also provided is a zipper pouch made by that process.
Exclusion device application instruments and related methods
Exclusion devices for anatomical structures, and related instruments and related methods, are disclosed. An application instrument for an exclusion device may include an end effector including a head configured to be disposed distally on a shaft, a stationary jaw fixedly disposed on the head and configured to releasably couple to a first clamping portion of an exclusion device, the exclusion device being biased in a closing direction, and a movable jaw movably disposed on the head and configured to releasably couple to a second clamping portion of the exclusion device. The movable jaw may be movable relative to the stationary jaw to reconfigure the exclusion device from a closed configuration to an open configuration. The movable jaw may be oriented generally parallel to the stationary jaw when the exclusion device is in the open configuration and the closed configuration.
