The present disclosure includes methods for adding line features to a roadway surface. In some examples, the line features may include wires, conduits and electronic components. In some examples, the mobile additive manufacturing apparatus may create communication means into an advanced roadway in line features, which may be used for various communications including communications to and from autonomous vehicles. The communications may involve data related to the operation of systems of autonomous vehicles. In other examples, the line features may be dynamically colored with LED components.

The method includes the steps of co-injection molding a cup of multilayer plastic material with an intermediate layer of the gas barrier type, the cup being a single body provided with a bottom having a nozzle, and an inner base including a completely closed central portion covering the nozzle, partially cutting the central portion to form at least one opening connecting the inside of the cup and the nozzle, and a further step of folding a portion of the cup between the opening and the nozzle towards the inside of the nozzle to form a deflector.

Also disclosed are structures containing a plurality of decellularized matrix microspheres incorporating a first polymer and a donor tissue; and a second polymer, wherein the decellularized matrix microspheres and the second polymer are in the form of a filament. Methods of treating a tissue injury employing the matrix microspheres and structures described as well as their methods of manufacture are also provided.

The outer member is configured to press the bias member against the pivot member during insertion of the biosensor. During a first stroke portion of the insertion apparatus, the pivot member is prevented from pivoting. In a second stroke portion, pivoting is allowed, and the bias member causes, pivoting of the pivot member and retraction of the insertion device. Other systems and methods embodiments are provided.

In some embodiments the intermediate layer has a thickness of at least 30 micrometers. In some embodiments the infrared-reflective intermediate layer includes a reflective pigment dispersed in a matrix of one of the first thermoplastic material or the second thermoplastic material.
