Provided is a film and a water stopping tape that realize long-lasting water stopping properties. The film includes an outermost layer containing a water-absorbent polymer having a water absorbency of 5 g/g to 100 g/g that is represented by a ratio of a mass of a sample having been immersed in water for 3 hours to a mass of the sample not yet being immersed in water a permeable layer, and a substrate layer in this order, and the water stopping tape includes the film.

To provide an adhesive tape that is difficult to deform, can suppress stickiness on the sides, and can reduce the emission of greenhouse gases while meeting the required characteristics of adhesive tape, such as adhesive strength and holding force, the present invention use an adhesive tape including a base material, which is a laminate with a backside layer formed on one side of a base fabric by lamination processing; and an adhesive layer disposed on the opposite side of the base material from the backside layer, wherein the backside layer includes a thermoplastic resin including polyolefin and the adhesive layer includes natural rubber, a wood-based filler, a plant-derived plasticizer and a tackifier.

The device further containing either self-illuminating material, light reflective material, or a combination of both.

A label sticker includes a release layer strip, an attachment layer strip and a label layer strip. The attachment layer strip is made of an artificial dressing material and its lower surface is coated with or adhered to a first glue layer. The lower surface of the attachment layer strip is attached to the upper surface of the release layer strip through the first glue layer. The label layer strip is made of a waterproof material and its lower surface is coated with or adhered to a second glue layer. The lower surface of the label layer strip is attached to the upper surface of the attachment layer strip through the second glue layer. The label sticker, to be adhered to the human skin to serve identification purposes, can be manufactured by mass production but is unlikely to be wetted and smeared.

The present application is drawn to infrared reflective ink formulations, infrared reflective dried coatings prepared from such inks, and IR-reflective substrates and adhesive tapes prepared from such inks and coatings. The inks are suitable for printing by gravure or flexo methods onto polymeric substrates such as PET, paper, or other substrate materials. The coatings are reflective in the near-infrared range. The coatings and tapes are well suited for use in manufacturing methods. A substrate-conveying support tape includes: a support film; a primer layer provided on the support film; and a temporary fixing material layer provided on the primer layer, in which the support film is a polyimide film, the temporary fixing material layer contains a thermoplastic resin, and the primer layer contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent having an epoxy group or a ureido group, an epoxy resin, a polyurethane rubber, and an acrylic rubber having an acid value of 5 mgKOH/g or more.

A tape having an elongated shape includes a strength-reducing portion, a strength-maintaining portion, a and an opening prevention portion. The strength-reducing portion includes a first slit row and a second slit row parallel to the first slit row. Each slit row includes a plurality of slits and a plurality of non-slit portions that are portions in which the slits are not formed. The plurality of non-slit portions belonging to the first slit row and the plurality of non-slit portions belonging to the second slit row do not overlap each other in a transverse direction of the tape. The opening prevention portion closes ends of the plurality of slits. The strength-reducing portion and the strength-maintaining portion are aligned in the transverse direction of the tape.

A multilayer adhesive tape in which an interface separation between layers does not occur even at in extremely low temperature atmosphere is provided. The multilayer adhesive tape sequentially includes: a first outer adhesive layer; an intermediate adhesive layer; and a second outer adhesive layer, in which attaching force among the first outer adhesive layer, the intermediate adhesive layer, and the second outer adhesive layer is maintained after the multilayer adhesive tape is treated in liquefied nitrogen for 15 seconds.
