In some embodiments, a bottom surface of each of the plurality of paper guides includes an at least one protrusion adapted to be received in the plurality of bores. In further embodiments, the placement tool comprises a main body having a raised outer edge and no paper guides or corresponding bores are utilized.

In one embodiment, the liquid form of the removable coating is sprayed through a template so as to cure into a plurality of separately removable sections.
