An animated scissor holder having a housing with an opening and a guide to linearly receive and guide blades tips of a pair of scissors. A stop is adapted to impeded linear movement of the blade tips sliding through the guide at a predetermined distance. An object is movably connected to the housing and a gear assembly adapted to move the object in response to the linear movement of the blade tips. The gear assembly has a drive gear adapted to transfer the linear movement into rotational movement about a first axis. A set of driven teeth are attached to the object. The drive gear translates motion to the driven teeth to move the object from a first position to a second position.

Embodiments include container assemblies for presentation of contents. In one example, a container assembly for writing instruments may include a slideable platform with a threaded hole configured to operably receive a threaded post therethrough, a housing having at least one guide rail, a manually rotatable base configured to rotate, such that rotation of the manually rotatable base moves the slideable platform within the housing along the at least one guide rail, and at least one platform stopper configured to prevent the slideable platform from advancing past the pre-determined height, wherein the pre-determined height is selected such that the writing instruments are retained by the housing in the container assembly when the slideable platform is in contact with the at least one platform stopper.

A stand may include a plurality of cells, each cell having an outer wall, an inner wall, a bottom edge, and a top edge separated from the bottom edge by a height. A perimeter of the outer wall may include a first plurality of segment, and a perimeter of the inner wall may include a second plurality of segments. Each segment in the second plurality of segments may be substantially parallel to a corresponding segment in the first plurality of segments. The cells may be arranged such that the bottom edge of each cell is aligned to a bottom plane, and the cells may be further arranged in at least a first row and a second row, wherein cells in the first row are lower in height than cells in the second row. Adjacent cells may be coupled to each other with a spacing connector that maintains separation therebetween.

Embodiments include container assemblies for presentation of contents. A portable copystand is disclosed having a foldable base. A first adjustable arm and a second adjustable arm are provided. The portable copystand also has an ultraviolet light source and a visible spectrum light source.

An adhesive material holder further being configured to retain applicators thereof for access by a user. The present invention includes an adhesive retention member that includes a first compartment and a second compartment each being annular in shape having an interior volume. The first compartment and second compartment are formed in the upper surface of the adhesive retention member and have an interior volume configured to retain adhesive or a vessel containing adhesive. A brush retention member is provided wherein the brush retention member includes a body having a first end and a second end. The brush retention member includes a plurality of depressions formed in the upper surface thereof. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention the compartments and depressions are formed on a single body member. The present invention is preferably manufactured from silicone.

An adhesive material holder further being configured to retain applicators thereof for access by a user. A modular desktop craft utensils storage unit for storing craft utensils includes a bottom wall, a top wall and two side walls, which together define an interior of the storage unit for receiving one or more craft utensils. One of the bottom wall or the top wall includes at least one male coupling device, which protrudes from the respective bottom wall or top wall and the other one of bottom wall or the top wall includes at least one female coupling device, which is formed by a recess in the respective bottom wall or top wall. The male coupling device of the storage unit is adapted to interlock with the female coupling device of another storage unit and the female coupling device of the storage unit is adapted to interlock with the male coupling device of yet another storage unit.
