A spring-force adjustable, height-adjustable industrial caster assembly including a mounting plate, a swivel housing that swivels relative to the mounting plate, and a spring assembly having components that are moveable relative to the swivel housing to controllably alter spring deflection and/or caster wheel height, which components can be adjusted by accessing the height-adjustable industrial caster assembly from above, eliminating the need to raise a pallet truck or other moveable assembly to which the caster assembly is coupled, away from the floor to be able to access and adjust the industrial caster assembly.

A caster wheel assembly for an outdoor power equipment machine includes a wheel mount and provides a double bell-shaped caster wheel including two bell-shaped halves, each bell-shaped half includes a central hub, a smooth transition portion, an outer circumferential rim, and a planar face. A ground contacting tread can be provided by the outer circumferential rims. A ground contacting tread can be provided by a resilient tread ring positioned between the two bell-shaped halves.

A gate roller assembly includes a bracket that has a vertical portion and a horizontal portion. The vertical portion is positioned against a gate having the horizontal portion extending away from the gate. A plurality of bolts is provided and each of the bolts extends through the vertical portion of the bracket to engage the gate for retaining the bracket on the gate. A plurality of nuts is provided and each of the nuts threadably engages a respective one of the bolts for retaining the first plate on the gate. A roller is rotatably disposed on the horizontal portion of the bracket to roll along the support surface when the gate is opened or closed.

A heavy duty carriage includes a carriage body, a load receiving platform horizontally rotatably mounted on a top of the carriage body, and a plurality of caster bodies each horizontally rotatably supported by a caster shaft in a lower part of the carriage body. Each of the caster bodies has, in a lower part thereof, a front wheel rotatably supported by a front wheel shaft and rear wheels each rotatably supported by a rear wheel shaft. The front wheel and the rear wheels are positioned forward and rearward of an axial center of the caster shaft on a straight line in a horizontal direction. When the carriage body is placed on a floor surface and outer circumferences of the rear wheels contact the floor surface, an outer circumference of the front wheel does not contact the floor surface. By using four heavy duty carriages, the heavy object can be moved.

A spring-force adjustable, height-adjustable industrial caster assembly including a mounting plate, a swivel housing that swivels relative to the mounting plate, and a spring assembly having components that are moveable relative to the swivel housing to controllably alter spring deflection and/or caster wheel height, which components can be adjusted by accessing the height-adjustable industrial caster assembly from above, eliminating the need to raise a pallet truck or other moveable assembly to which the caster assembly is coupled, away from the floor to be able to access and adjust the industrial caster assembly.

A wheel caster comprising a roller, and a two piece socket, wherein the two piece socket comprises a top housing, having a concave cavity to accept the roller in a freely rotatable configuration, a stem, to be inserted inside a leg of an object, and a bottom housing comprising an opening to allow a portion of the roller to extend below the bottom housing allowing the roller to contact a surface.

A heavy duty carriage includes a carriage body, a load receiving platform horizontally rotatably mounted on a top of the carriage body, and a plurality of caster bodies each horizontally rotatably supported by a caster shaft in a lower part of the carriage body. Each of the caster bodies has, in a lower part thereof, a front wheel rotatably supported by a front wheel shaft and rear wheels each rotatably supported by a rear wheel shaft. The front wheel and the rear wheels are positioned forward and rearward of an axial center of the caster shaft on a straight line in a horizontal direction. An apparatus provides rolling support for a hose or conduit, and has a single first inner base frame element with outward extending arms for carrier wheels, open on one side, and having male projections extending on both ends in the direction of an axis of the cylindrical shape, two outer base frame extending carrier wheels, each having a side opening, and a bore in the axis direction on one end only, sized to engage one of the male projections of the inner base frame element, and cam operated mechanisms enabling the base frame elements to be joined, capturing the hose or conduit, and presenting roller wheels outward upon which the hose or conduit is carried.
