Wheel hub unit with thermally insulating coating for reducing the thermal load on a wheel bearing
The present disclosure relates to a wheel hub unit of a motor vehicle and to a method for producing such a wheel hub unit. The wheel hub unit includes a wheel hub and a contact flange firmly connected to the wheel hub. The contact flange includes a plurality of fastening elements for fastening a wheel rim, as well as a contact surface which is intended to come into mechanical contact, at least in part, with a brake hat of a brake disk when the brake disk is in the mounted state. At least part of the contact surface is provided with a thermally insulating coating. Alternatively, the entire contact surface is provided with the thermally insulating coating.
Mold paint-spraying device
A mold paint-spraying device includes a frame and a mold fixed to the frame. A motor is fixed to the frame, an output end of the motor is fixedly connected to a mounting rack, a servo motor and a linear guide rail are fixedly connected to the mounting rack, a rail slide is arranged on the linear guide rail, a screw nut is fixed on the rail slide, a spray gun is fixed on the screw nut, and an output end of the servo motor is connected with a screw matching the screw nut.
VERTICAL MANIPULATOR FOR LARGE SIZE TYRES WHICH COMPRISES A PLATFORM AND MECHANISMS FOR HOLDING, RAISING AND ROTATING TYRES FOR THE SAFE WORKING OF MAINTENANCE WORKERS
A vertical manipulator for large size tyres which includes a platform and mechanisms for holding, raising, and rotating tyres, for the safe working of maintenance workers. The vertical manipulator works on all types of terrain and its movements include those of conventional manipulators, in addition to others specific to the invention, rendering its features superior. The vertical manipulator includes a main transverse body from which are suspended two sets of parallel arms that open and close according to the size of the tyre. To each set of parallel arms is added a support arm, which holds a pivoting arm, equipped with a gripping plate, securing side rollers and a lower roller, the pivoting arm operating supported by a lifting jack, and a work platform being disposed on the parallel arms and supported by the main body.
WHEEL HOLDER
A wheel holder for fastening to a wheel comprises at least two arms extending outward from a base plate of the wheel holder radially; each of the arms having at least one movable element that is movable radially; a central rotation element that is arranged in the center of the wheel holder such that it can rotate; and at least two coupling elements each extending between one of the movable elements and the central rotation element such that the movable elements are movable radially by rotation of the rotation element. The rotation element is attached to the base plate of the wheel holder via a freewheeling system. The freewheeling system has at least one operating state in which the rotation element is rotatable in a freewheeling direction and rotation of the rotation element in a blocking direction opposite to the freewheeling direction is blocked.
RAPID REFUELING
A system and method for refueling a vehicle are described. An illustrative refueling system is taught to include a lift configured to lift and lower a vehicle frame, a coupling and coupling receiver that releasably connect a wheel to the vehicle frame, and a wheel travel lane that enables a replacement wheel to be rolled underneath the vehicle frame while the vehicle frame is lifted.
Load wheel changing device
Method and apparatus for a device for connection to and support of a load wheel so that the load wheel can be easily and safely removed from a crane, and transported about as necessary to repair and/or replace the load wheel. The device includes left and right side-plates, left and right bases, left and right rear walls and along with left and right rear connectors which connect to an upper cross-T of a stanchion which is supported on a sliding rail mount which is attachable to the rail upon which the load wheel rolls. The device bolts directly to the bearing housing of the load wheel so that the axle of the load wheel can be carried on the left or right lower bases of the device. The device is then slidable along the rail upon which the load wheel of the overhead or gantry crane travels.
