LIGHT ELEMENT OF A VEHICLE
The invention relates to a light element of a vehicle with at least one light source configured to emit light rays, a reflective layer. With a pattern made wholly or partly in the reflective layer. The light element further including an optical element configured to project the light rays from the at least one light source towards the reflective layer. With a dark layer extending along the optical element on the side opposite the reflective layer.
DISPLAY APPARATUS OF VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
A display apparatus of a vehicle includes a first display device to display an image including first information and second information related to the vehicle, to a first display region, a second display device to display the image to a second display region, a first controller to control an operation of the first display device, based on acquired information on a behavior of the vehicle, and a second controller to control an operation of the second display device, based on the acquired information on the behavior of the vehicle.
System for detecting surrounding conditions of moving body
This system for detecting the surrounding conditions of a moving body forcibly changes the state of at least one of a plurality of lighting devices (change from an unlit state to a lighting state or a blinking state, change in the emission color, or change in the luminance) installed inside the moving body, if an object to which attention must be paid during traveling of the moving body is detected in the surroundings of the moving body.

LAMP DEVICE
A lamp device includes: a lamp unit; a radar unit having an antenna; and a shielding member which covers at least a part of the front surface of the radar unit where the antenna is provided and which is made of a foamed resin.
Environment Illuminating Device for a Motor Vehicle
A motor vehicle includes an environment illuminating device for emitting light toward the ground in the environment of the motor vehicle. The environment illuminating device includes one or more luminous modules, each of which is configured to generate a light distribution on the ground. A respective luminous module includes an image generator configured to generate light radiation from light from an illuminant, the light radiation containing two-dimensional image information concerning, firstly, a symbol representation and, secondly, a light pattern and/or a homogeneous area with a substantially constant luminance. Furthermore, the respective luminous module includes an optical device, on which the light radiation from the image generator is incident.
Vehicle lamp unit including sensor and irradiation device
Provided is a vehicle lamp unit that enables a user to perceive a detection range of a sensor. A vehicle lamp unit 1 includes: a sensor 4 mounted at a lower part of a vehicle 90; and an irradiation device 30 configured to irradiate a vehicle outer plate 95 present at a position corresponding to a detection range of the sensor 4.
Driving assistant method, vehicle, and storage medium
A method for providing assistance in driving includes capturing an image of a second moving vehicle when a first moving vehicle is moving and obtaining basic information of the second moving vehicle according to the image thereof, the basic information of the second moving vehicle comprising weight information of the second moving vehicle. Driving information of the first moving vehicle is obtained, and a safe distance between the first moving vehicle and the second moving vehicle is determined according to the driving information of the first moving vehicle and the basic information of the second moving vehicle. The current distance between the first moving vehicle and the second moving vehicle is detected, and a warning is output if the distance between the first moving vehicle and the second moving vehicle is less than the safe distance.
Method and apparatus for vehicular light fixtures
A terrain viewing apparatus is provided to enable greater viewability of environmental conditions around a vehicle. A housing of the terrain viewing apparatus may include a lighting apparatus for emitting light and illuminating environmental conditions during nighttime, dusk, or adverse weather conditions. The housing may further include a reflecting apparatus to increase an operator's ability to view environmental conditions outside the vehicle. One or more joints may enable the housing to be adjustable with respect to the vehicle. An internal joint may enable the reflecting apparatus to be adjustable with respect to the housing. The lighting apparatus may receive power from the vehicle. The lighting and reflecting apparatuses may be electrically coupled to the vehicle and may be controllable therefrom.
Non-visual outputs for a smart ring
A system for communicating information indicative of driving conditions, to a driver, using a smart ring are disclosed. An exemplary system includes a smart ring with a ring band having a plurality of surfaces including an inner surface, an outer surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface. The system further includes a processor, configured to obtain data from a communication module within the ring band, or from one or more sensors disposed within the ring band. The obtained data is representative of information indicative of one or more driving conditions to be communicated to the driver. The smart ring also includes a haptic module disposed at least partially within the ring band, and the module being configured to communicate information indicative of the one or more driving conditions.
