The at least one first attachment interface is used to mount the body to a vehicle structure. The at least one second attachment interface is configurable to provide an accessory mount interface and/or a tie down mount interface

A plurality of structural fibers are laid onto a substrate. The plurality of structural fibers are stitched together with a thread in a specified stitching pattern to form a composite preform. An assist handle assembly for use in an interior of a vehicle is provided. The assist handle assembly includes an assist handle configured to be gripped by a user, a connector configured to secure the assist handle assembly to a structural component in the interior of the vehicle, a proximity sensor assembly coupled to the assist handle for generating a sensed signal indicative of a user gripping the assist handle, and a controller controlling one or more vehicle devices based on the sensed signal.

A film heater has a transparent conductive portion including: at least one non-conductive portion that has electrical insulation properties and extends in a direction intersecting a vibration direction of an electric field included in a radio wave transmitted from a radio wave transmitter-receiver; and a heat generator that generates heat by being energized and that transmits light. The film heater has: a first electrode connected to the heat generator; and a second electrode connected to the heat generator. The heat generator includes at least one conductive portion that is adjacent to the non-conductive portion and generates heat by a current flowing along a direction in which the non-conductive portion extends when the heat generator is energized by the first electrode and the second electrode.

Systems and method for mounting a vehicle topper to a roof of a vehicle are provided. A first and second cross bar are secured to the roof of the vehicle. A housing for first and second electronic displays of the vehicle topper is secured to the cross bars by way of mounting brackets. Wiring is extended between the vehicle topper and an outside power source to establish an electrical pathway between the power source and the first and second electronic displays when connected.

A purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a clip including a grommet and a pin, which does not degrade design quality and allows the clip to be removed easily from members to be attached without causing damage. The grommet is configured to be inserted into attachment holes of the members to be attached, and includes a grommet hole into which a pin is to be inserted. Depending on an insertion position of the pin relative to the grommet, the grommet undergoes elastic deformation to allow the members to be attached to each other or detached from each other. A flange portion of the grommet has an engagement hole so that the clip can be removed from the members by engaging a tool with the engagement hole.

The present invention is directed to an acoustical baffle that has use in vehicle interiors, such as an interior headliner. In particular, the baffle can provide improved acoustics while maintaining a desired airflow resistance and can be configured to provide for different sound attenuation characteristics at selected locations of the baffle construction.
