ELECTRIC BRAKING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
Provided is an electric braking device that transmits power generated by an electric motor MTR to a pressing member PSN and causes pressing force to be generated by the pressing member PSN with respect to a friction member MSB. Hysteresis characteristics in the relation between the power supply amount to the electric motor and the pressing force of the pressing member are detected each time a predetermined point in time arrives. Upon determination of a “holding state in which the pressing force is held constant”, a minimum value for a power supply amount that makes it possible to maintain the current pressing force is obtained on the basis of the most recently detected hysteresis characteristics and the power supply amount is set to a value determined on the basis of the obtained minimum value for the power supply amount.
BRAKING FORCE CONTROL SYSTEM
A braking force control system includes: a brake device and at least one electronic control unit. The brake device is configured to generate a braking force commensurate with a brake operation amount of a driver. At least one electronic control unit is configured to execute vehicle speed control for controlling a speed of a vehicle to a target speed by controlling a driving force and a braking force. The electronic control unit is configured to cause the brake device to generate an actual braking force corresponding to a total value of an additional braking force and an operational braking force when brake operation is performed during execution of the vehicle speed control. The additional braking force corresponds to a controlled braking force required by the vehicle speed control. The operational braking force is required through the brake operation.
VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE, VEHICLE, VEHICLE CONTROL METHOD AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A vehicle control device controls travel of a vehicle by performing state transition for a plurality of control states having different driving assistance levels based on vehicle surrounding information. The vehicle control device comprises: an acquisition unit configured to acquire the vehicle surrounding information; and a control unit configured to control the state transition and braking operation of the vehicle based on the information acquired by the acquisition unit, wherein, based on the information, the control unit is configured to transition from a first control state set for travel of the vehicle to a second control state with a lower driving assistance level in a case where it is determined that another vehicle is crossing a lane line in front of the vehicle in a lane where the vehicle is traveling.
BRAKING CONTROL DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A braking control device includes a braking control unit that controls a braking device, a load reduction amount derivation unit that derives a reduction amount of a load input from a vehicle body to a suspension for a second wheel, and an anti-force derivation unit that derives an anti-lift force. The braking control unit performs posture braking processing of adjusting the second braking force so that the difference between the reduction amount of the load and the anti-lift force is less than or equal to a difference determination value, and adjusting the first braking force so that the vehicle braking force becomes the required value.
Lane departure prevention system of vehicle
A lane departure prevention system includes a controller configured to control a braking force of vehicle wheels such that a lane departure prevention yaw moment is applied to a vehicle. The controller determines whether there is a likelihood that the vehicle enters a spinning state based on at least one of a difference between an actual yaw rate and a normative yaw rate of the vehicle calculated based on a steering angle, a vehicle speed, and the lane departure prevention yaw moment, and a degree of braking slip of a turning inside wheel when the lane departure prevention yaw moment is a yaw moment for preventing departure of the vehicle from a lane to a turning outside, and applies a spin prevention yaw moment to the vehicle when it is determined that there is a likelihood that the vehicle will enter the spinning state.

Systems and method for determining running clearance brake command for a brake system
The present disclosure provides a brake system including (a) a brake stack, (b) a force member moveable between a retracted position and an extended position in response to a brake command, wherein the force member contacts the brake stack in the extended position, and wherein the brake system includes a running clearance defined by a distance between the brake stack and the force member in the retracted position, (c) a sensor in communication with the brake stack to measure a force between the force member and the brake stack in response to the brake command, and (d) a brake control unit configured to determine a running clearance brake command defined as a percentage of a maximum braking force that causes the force member to contact the brake stack, wherein the running clearance brake command is determined based on the force measured by the sensor for a plurality of brake commands.
Electronic device for determining an emergency stopping trajectory of an autonomous vehicle, related vehicle and method
An electronic device for stopping a vehicle can be activated automatically in the presence of an emergency stopping instruction. A module calculates at least one automatic movement setpoint of the vehicle in order to follow an emergency stopping trajectory comprising a plurality of successive emergency stopping vectors each associated with a separate segment of a portion of the successive segments of the predefined trajectory, from at least for each emergency stopping vector: a stored last actual movement vector of the autonomous vehicle, the predefined movement trajectory of the autonomous vehicle, and a stored last location datum of the autonomous vehicle, and delivered by at least one sensor of the autonomous vehicle. An emergency steering module is capable of steering the vehicle according to said at least one setpoint.
