A vehicle has a spoiler fastened to an outer skin component of the vehicle. For this purpose, clip elements are provided on the outer skin component and are in engagement with corresponding mating clip elements of the spoiler. The clip elements have an end stop in a z-direction, which is oriented transversely to the surface of the outer skin component. Between the spoiler and the outer skin component there is an intermediate element, which is elastically compressed in the z-direction and presses the spoiler against the end stop. A method is provided for mounting the spoiler on the vehicle.

A fastening apparatus for a vehicle may include: a first fastening unit fixed to a first structure; a casing fixed to a second structure and arranged in a manner that faces the first fastening unit; a guide unit formed in the casing in a manner that passes therethrough; and a second fastening unit installed on the guide unit in a manner that is rotatable and enabled to ascend and descend, and fastened to or separated from the first fastening unit according to a rotational direction thereof.

An example vehicle chassis disclosed herein includes a right front chassis portion including a first longitudinal member, and a first crossmember attachment locator disposed on the first longitudinal member. The example vehicle chassis includes a left front chassis portion including a second longitudinal member and a second crossmember attachment locator disposed on the second longitudinal member, wherein the vehicle chassis has a first width when a first crossmember is coupled to the first and second crossmember attachment locators and wherein the vehicle chassis has a second width greater than the first width when a second crossmember is coupled to the first and second crossmember attachment locators, the second crossmember longer than the first crossmember.
