MOTORCYCLE SADDLEBAG SUBWOOFER
20230041938 · 2023-02-09 ·

Various aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a subwoofer housing that may be installed within a motorcycle storage container (also known as a saddlebag). The subwoofer housing may include a subwoofer transducer which when used in conjunction with full range audio transducers within the motorcycle audio system introduces dynamic low frequency harmonics into the overall frequency response. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the subwoofer housing may include an active subwoofer transducer, and a passive radiator transducer, both with downward orientations. The saddlebag including a floor, and one or more air vents in the floor. Sound waves emitted from the active subwoofer transducer and the passive radiator transducer travel through the one or more air vents and reflect in an omni-directional pattern from a road surface to generate greater audible levels of the low frequency sound waves.

THREE-WHEELED TILTING VEHICLE
20230234672 · 2023-07-27 ·

A tiltable vehicle has a pair of front wheels coupled to a tiltable chassis by a tilt linkage, such that the pair of front wheels and the chassis are configured to tilt in unison with respect to a roll axis of the chassis. The tilt linkage includes a four-bar linkage having a pair of upper bar segments coupled to the chassis at spaced-apart respective inboard joints. In some examples, the inboard joints of the upper bar segments are each disposed outboard of a central chassis joint of a lower bar of the tilt linkage. An orientation sensor is configured to detect directional information regarding a net force vector applied to the chassis, and a tilt actuator operatively coupled to the chassis and configured to selectively tilt the chassis. A controller is configured to selectively control the tilt actuator based on the directional information from the orientation sensor.

First Aid Kit for the Inside of Bicycle Handlebars
20230002001 · 2023-01-05 · ·

The subject of the invention is a first aid kit into bicycle handlebars that comprises a compression storage portion, wherein the compression storage portion defines a space adapted for storing objects and an elongated retraction element attached to one end of the compression storage portion, wherein the other end of the compression storage portion is provided with a plug. The plug can be used to fix the compression storage portion in the handlebars and to define a clearance between the first aid kit and the handlebars. The retraction element (e.g., a string or a cord) can be used for retracting the compression storage portion into the handlebars. Furthermore, the first aid kit can comprise a firm storage portion which can provide an additional storage space.

In a pannier mounting structure, a pannier is mounted on a side portion in a vehicle widthwise direction of a motorcycle through a pannier stay. The pannier stay includes a first retaining portion and a second retaining portion beneath the first retaining portion. The pannier has a rear surface provided with a first retaining bag that opens downwards and a second retaining bag that is positioned below the first retaining bag and opens upwards. While the first retaining portion is inserted into the first retaining bag through an opening in a lower portion thereof, the second retaining portion is inserted into the second retaining bag through an opening in an upper portion thereof and is engaged within the second retaining bag.
