Automatic insertion device and automatic insertion method for backing-equipped shrink film packaging
In the present invention, an insertion object (300) and backing-equipped shrink film packaging (200) are lined up in series along the insertion direction. An introduction guide body (120) comprises: a head part (121) having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the a shrink film (220); and an air-blowing port (122) that blows air from the inside thereof toward the outer surface thereof. There are an insertion preparation means in which the introduction guide body (120) is gradually introduced into the shrink film (220) of the backing-equipped shrink film packaging (200) by the sliding movement of a slider device (130), and the shrink film (220) is inflated by air, and an insertion means in which the insertion object (300) is gradually inserted into the inflated shrink film (220), and the insertion object (300) is pulled or pushed to a prescribed position by the insertion means.

Apparatus and method of generating a fastener and securing at least one product to at least one packaging
A method and apparatus for constructing fasteners of various lengths and using the fasteners to secure at least one product to at least one packaging. The apparatus comprises as applicator module and a needle for engaging or attaching a plurality of T-bar elements to a filament. A user employs the apparatus to engage or attach a first T-bar element to the filament at a first position within the packaging. The filament is then stretched across at least one product, and a second T-bar element is engaged or attached to the filament at a second position within at least one packaging. The filament is cut leaving the fastener in place securing the product to the packaging.

ANCHOR PACKAGING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system for and method of shipping items is provided. The method includes adhering a package to an inner surface of a shipping case, thereby inhibiting movement of the package relative to the shipping case. The method includes wrapping one or more item with a sacrificial layer, such as shrink wrap, stretch wrap, paper, or the like, thereby creating a tight barrier of the package. The system includes one or more conveyor system and one or more adhesive applicator for automating the methods of the present invention. After adhesive is applied to at least one of a first surface of the package and the inner surface of the shipping case, the package is placed into the shipping case and the shipping case is moved to a closed configuration, thereby defining a void surrounding all but the first surface of the package.
METHOD FOR PACKAGING A PLURALITY OF CONTAINERS AND RELATED PACKAGING OF CONTAINERS
A method of packaging a plurality of food containers and a package for food containers are disclosed. The method is fast and inexpensive and optimizes the use of cardboard or paperboard to make the package without plastics and may be used in the mass production of packaging for containers. The package is defined by a plurality of containers placed on a tray of optimal dimensions according to the dimensions of the containers. The tray is creased and has two side flaps that can be rotated to attach to the side faces of the containers by glue. The extension of the flaps is proportional to the height of the containers and the flaps can be punched in order to have aesthetically appreciable shapes and to reduce the bulk and the risk of breaking the package made.

Hardware packaging
A hardware packaging assembly and method are provided. A hardware component has a front appearance surface and a back mounting surface. A package backing has a forward receiving surface to receive the back mounting surface of the hardware component. A retention feature protrudes from the package backing to engage the hardware component with an interference fit. The retention feature retains the hardware component on the package backing while maintaining the front appearance surface exposed.

Pre-perforated substrate separator and insertion device for food preparation line and pre-perforated substrate
A substrate insertion system is configured for insertion of a substrate under a product being carried on a conveyor. A pre-perforated substrate and a method of inserting the pre-perforated substrates under products carried on a conveyor are also provided. Furthermore, a method is described including the construction and operation of a substrate insertion system.
