BALE TAGGING DEVICE
A tag installer for a baler implement includes a housing having a wall defining a baling chamber. The tag installer includes a retractable member having a tooth portion rotatably moveable about a member rotation axis between an installation position and a tag loading position. When in the installation position, the tooth portion is positioned to extend through an opening in the wall and penetrate a bale within the baling chamber. When in the tag loading position, the tooth portion is withdrawn from the baling chamber. An member actuator selectively rotates the retractable member about the member rotation axis. A dispenser holds a plurality of identification tags so that the tooth portion may engage and move a respective one of the identification tags through the opening and into embedded engagement with the bale when moving from the tag loading position into the installation position.

Article selection and placement assembly and method
An apparatus is disclosed for applying tags with attached elastic anchor bands onto the tops of objects such as bottles in a high speed packaging application. The apparatus includes an infeed assembly for feeding a web, a conveyor assembly that receives a web and conveys it along a path in an upstream direction, a rotating selector wheel, a placement assembly, a pair of rotating jaw assembles, a vacuum cup of the selector wheel, and stretched elastic bands over the tops of respective bottles being conveyed along a path below the placing assembly. The elastic bands then snap onto the tops of their respective bottles to secure the tags to the bottles.

Head of a tag device
A head of a tag device having a body, at least one row of negative-pressure through holes and at least one row of positive-pressure through holes. The body has a first surface and a second surface. The rows of negative and positive-pressure through holes are formed through the first and second surfaces of the body and arranged along a long-axis direction. Two negative and positive-pressure through holes at both ends of the corresponding row of negative and positive-pressure through holes are respectively close to the short sides of the body. Therefore, an effective labeling area is distributed between two short sides. The head of the tag device of the present invention provides a stable labeling operation for different products where different components are mounted and increases units per hour (UPH).

Automation for plastic disc
An apparatus for reinforcing stapling connections created by an elastic stapling apparatus with a plurality of individual reinforcing elements. The apparatus constructs and deploys the plurality of individual reinforcing elements simultaneously with the elastic stapling apparatus generating a plurality of plastic fasteners. The apparatus manufactures the plurality of individual reinforcing elements from a pair of oppositely disposed rolls of reinforcing stock material. The individual reinforcing elements provide additional structural integrity to articles that are deformable in construction.
Horticulture fastener
A fastener device adapted for attaching at least one tag (or other identifier) to an object. The fastener device comprises a T-bar component, a paddle component, and a filament component flexibly attached to both the T-bar component on one end and the paddle component on the other end. In some embodiments, the fastener device is deployable via a fastener dispensing device comprising a needle designed to puncture a hole in at least one tag and the object while also inserting the T-bar component through the hole. Once inserted, the paddle component exerts a cantilever spring force against at least one tag holding the tag(s) securely against the object.
LABEL GRABBING METHOD AND GRABBING MECHANISM
A label grabbing method and a grabbing mechanism are disclosed. The label grabbing method comprises: step S1, a conveying assembly (20) driving a plurality of labels (10) to move simultaneously so as to move the plurality of labels (10) to a position for grabbing; and step S2, a pickup assembly (30) picking up at least two labels (10) at the position for grabbing. The label grabbing method solves the problem in the prior art of a label grabbing method having too large a grabbing equipment loss.
TAG MOUNTER
A tag mounter (21) is provided for mounting a tag to an object by passing and tying a thread (23) through the object. A pipe unit (25) is configured to insert the thread (23) through it. A movement mechanism (29) is configured to move the pipe unit (25) toward a front direction and a rear direction. A gripper unit (27) is configured to grip the thread (23) inserted through the pipe unit (25) and exposed from a tip of the pipe unit (25). A driver unit (6) is configured to move the gripper unit (27) along a predetermined course. A thread tying mechanism (16) is configured to tie the thread (23) gripped by the gripper unit (27).
