Tamper-evident container lock
A lock for a food container of the type having a lower front flap and a partially-overlapping upper front flap, comprises an elongated body that has a tapered front end, a rear end, and a transverse stop disposed between the front end and the rear end. The front end of the elongated body has at least one angled resilient flange that has have a distal end adapted to flex towards the body temporarily in a compressed position when under force. Thereafter the at least one flange springs back to a natural position once inserted through front flap apertures of the container, inhibiting the removal thereof without breaking a perforated section or an otherwise frangible section of the container, thereby leaving evidence that the container has been opened. An embodiment that includes a clasp for receiving the front end of the body with a bag therebetween is also disclosed.
Porch mounted floor vault for securing packages
A collapsible container for receiving delivery packages is disclosed herein. The collapsible container comprises a bottom, and collapsible front and rear walls. Further, the collapsible container comprises sidewalls mounted to the front wall and the rear wall. Each of the sidewalls comprises a rail. Additionally, the collapsible container comprises an elongated rod slidable along the rails. The collapsible container comprises a top cover mounted to the rear wall. The top cover comprises a hook and an electronic keypad electronically mounted to the hook. The front wall and the rear wall are collapsed and the sidewalls and the top cover are placed over the front wall and the rear wall to form a flat structure such that the collapsible container can be used as a floor mat. The collapsible container provides an efficient and easy to use method for a user to secure delivery packages to their front porch.
Utility Assembly and Coupling Mechanism
The present disclosure concerns a coupling mechanism for detachably attaching two or more utility modules to one another, utility assembles, mobile carriers and other attachable modules and articles.
SECURE STORAGE CONTAINER
Secure storage carts are disclosed herein and capable of being assembled and disassembled on-site without common disadvantages that affect storage carts designed for on-site assembly. Secure storage carts disclosed herein may be assembled to a reduced tolerance, eliminating potential points of failure in the assembled cart, and giving the user a more solid feel to the operation. Methods for assembling storage carts are also disclosed herein and can include adjusting the extension depth of a door panel hinge. Methods disclosed herein also may include applying a preloading force to the cart frame, to reduce tolerances between components of the storage cart once assembled. Kits are also provided herein containing the components required to assemble the cart on-site, in configurations that may be easily transported to and from the job site when disassembled. Kits also may provide for straightforward and secure assembly of the carts.
Device and system for secure package delivery by a mobile robot
A storage container, comprising a rigid body including a floor, a front wall, a back wall, and side walls, at least one separating wall, and a plurality of fixing elements for removably fixing the separating walls to the storage container. The storage container further comprises a locking element. The container further comprises a plurality of compartments configured to be separated by the separating wall and locked via the locking element. Further, a system comprising a mobile robot and the storage container is disclosed. Also disclosed is a method for secure package delivery employing the system.
Soap travel case
A travel case for a bar of soap is provided. In various embodiments, the travel case permits accelerated drying of the bar of soap and prolongs the life of the soap. The travel case is designed to maintain the bar of soap in a fixed horizontal and vertical position during transport. The travel case includes a lid and a base with a walled receiving portion. The receiving portion is configured to receive a bar of soap that is attached to a soap support and hold the soap support such that the bar of soap is prevented from contacting the surface of the soap case. A method of reversibly securing a bar of soap within a soap case while maintaining the soap in a fixed horizontal and vertical position is also provided herein.
Combination lock for liquid bottles
The combination lock for a liquid bottle is a container. The combination lock for a liquid bottle is configured for use in storing a liquid. The combination lock for a liquid bottle is a secured device. By secured device is meant that the structure of the combination lock for a liquid bottle is formed with a lock that prevents unauthorized entry into the combination lock for a liquid bottle. The combination lock for a liquid bottle comprises a bottle, a bottle cap, and a permutation lock structure. The permutation lock structure mounts in the bottle cap. The bottle cap attaches to the bottle. The bottle cap forms a fluid impermeable seal that encloses the liquid in the bottle. The permutation lock structure fixes the bottle cap in the closed position.
Utility Assembly and Coupling Mechanism
The present disclosure concerns a coupling mechanism for detachably attaching two or more utility modules to one another, utility assembles, mobile carriers and other attachable modules and articles.
Locking lid
A vessel with a locking lid has a spindle button. The spindle but has downwardly facing button teeth. The lid frame receives the spindle button in a vertical sliding configuration. The actuator gear is mounted under the spindle button in the lid frame. The actuator gear engages the downwardly facing button teeth. The spindle button is configured to move the actuator gear by one step when the spindle button is pressed down. A lid frame inside surface has an upper engagement and a lower engagement. The actuator gear is configured to alternate between the upper engagement and the lower engagement when the actuator gear moves by one step. A spindle body abuts and is biased upwardly against the actuator gear. The spindle body actuates locking arms mounted on locking arm pivots formed on the spindle body.
Utility assembly and coupling mechanism
The present disclosure concerns a coupling mechanism for detachably attaching two or more utility modules to one another, utility assembles, mobile carriers and other attachable modules and articles.
