The article carrier has a plurality of panels including a handle panel and opposed side panels. The opposed side panels are hingedly connected to opposing ends of the handle panel and are disposed about the group of articles on opposing sides thereof. A first side panel is adhered to one of the two or more articles and a second side panel is adhered to another one of the two or more articles to form a package.

The present invention relates to a film roll package for transportation comprising a film roll comprising a paper core and a plastic film wound around the paper core, a paper box accommodating the film roll therein which is rested on a pallet, plastic films or sheets respectively disposed on upper and lower side surfaces of the paper box, each of the plastic films or sheets having a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension which are longer than a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension of the upper or lower side surface of the paper box, respectively, and a thickness of 5 to 500 μm, and a stretched film wound over side surfaces of the paper box and the pallet so as to cover 20 to 90% of a height of a side surface of the pallet to fix the paper box onto the pallet.

The longest dimension extends in a first direction. The glass articles in each layer are arranged side by side in a second direction. The plurality of layers are arranged side by side in a third direction. The first, second, and third directions being perpendicular to one another. The thread-like element is around two of the glass articles in at least one layer so that the two glass articles are spaced apart. The thread-like element has a cross section between at least 0.25 mm and at most 4.0 mm.

Stacked cutlery system and method

A system for easily refilling cutlery dispensers and other devices includes a stack of identical cutlery items maintained by a retaining structure that can be removed either before, during, or after installation, depending on the dispenser configuration. In a first aspect, the cutlery handles are nested and the retaining structure includes a single adhesive strip applied to only one side of the stack. In a second aspect, the retaining structure includes separate adhesive strips applied to each side of the stack. In a third aspect, the retaining structure comprises a band extending around the stack, removal of the band from the stack being facilitated by breaking of a frangible section of the band. In all aspects a pull-tab or other graspable element can be provided to facilitate removal of the support structure. The stacked cutlery may also be loaded into a caddy or into a tray.
