Method, system and device of accumulating order-goods, and electronic apparatus

The present disclosure provides a method of accumulating order-goods, including: acquiring a collection order queue; acquiring a collection order from the collection order queue, assigning a first slide to the collection order, and sending goods in the collection order to the first slide in response to a presence of a first slide in an idle state, wherein the first slide only allows sending of goods in one collection order at one time; and activating a second slide in response to a predetermined condition being satisfied, wherein the second slide allows simultaneous sending of goods in a plurality of collection orders. The present disclosure further provides a system of accumulating order-goods, an electronic apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium, and a device of accumulating order-goods.

CHUTE APPARATUS FOR SORTING SMALL OBJECTS, SUCH AS FRUIT

A chute apparatus is comprised of a guide member, an arched member, and a floor member. The guide member guides an object entering the chute apparatus. The arched member receives the object from the guide member and redirects the object toward an exit port of the chute apparatus. The floor member receives the object from the arched member and directs the object toward the exit port of the chute apparatus. It is contemplated that the object may comprise a fruit, such as a berry or the like.

Sensing method for collecting multivariate information at a goaf side based on chutes of scraper conveyors

The present invention relates to the technical field of mining instruments, and discloses a sensing method for collecting multivariate information at a goaf side of chutes based on scraper conveyors, wherein gesture sensors are provided at a goaf side of the chutes of a scraper conveyor; building an equivalent model of the chutes, fusing constants and variants of relative information and distance measurements methods, determining collection of multivariate information of detection bodies of the gesture sensors of the chutes and combinational logic algorithms thereof; and sensing gesture changes of the chutes by the detection bodies of the gesture sensors of the chutes and conducting collection of the multivariate information and analyzing relative changes and trends of gestures between the chutes. The present invention can further improve detection real time properties, accuracy, coverage, reliability and environment adaptability compared with other measurement methods.

Systems and methods to secure rollable carts to sortation systems

Systems and methods are disclosed to secure rollable carts to sortation systems. In one embodiment, an example system may include a first chute configured to guide packages to a first moveable cart that is disposed at a first end of the first chute, and a first anti-tip mechanism configured to prevent tipping of the first moveable cart. The first anti-tip mechanism may include a frame, a first C-shaped component coupled to the frame, and a second C-shaped component coupled to the frame. The first C-shaped component may be configured to engage a first portion of the first moveable cart, and the second C-shaped component may be configured to engage a second portion of the first moveable cart, such that the first moveable cart is prevented from vertical movement.

SYSTEM FOR CONVEYING PROPPANT TO A FRACKING SITE HOPPER

A proppant delivery assembly receives and supports a plurality of containers having proppant stored therein. A cradle has a top surface which receives and supports the plurality of containers when positioned thereon. The cradle enables the plurality of containers to dispense the proppant stored therein. A proppant mover is positioned to underlie and extend along the top surface of the cradle aligned with the plurality of containers to receive proppant from the plurality of containers. The proppant mover carries proppant away from the plurality of containers. A chute is coupled to the cradle for receiving proppant from the proppant mover and directing the proppant to a blender hopper. A hood assembly is disposed at an end of the chute opposite the proppant mover for directing a vacuum air flow that removes a volume of air containing proppant dust particles directed from the chute. The hood assembly includes a curtain extending about a perimeter of the hood assembly and downward therefrom to at least partially define the volume of air being removed by the hood assembly.

An article discharge system includes a placement unit in which the article group is placed, plural grippers, a movable member, a robot that moves the movable member, weight acquisition units, and a control unit. The plural grippers grip some articles with gripping member. The plural grippers are attached to the movable member. The weight acquisition units acquire weight values of the articles that each of the grippers grips. The control unit moves the movable member, brings the plural grippers closer to the placement unit, causes the plural grippers to grip some of the articles of the article group placed in the placement unit, and, based on the result of a combination calculation using the weight values of the articles that each of the grippers grips and which the weight acquisition units have acquired, causes predetermined grippers among the plural grippers to release the articles and thereby discharge the articles.
